Hotel in zona Raj Harbour, Langkawi

I recently stayed at Chill Box Langkawi and wanted to share my experience with others. Overall, it was an average stay with a few notable points to consider. One of the convenient features of Chill Box Langkawi is the self-check-in and checkout system. It saved us time and allowed for a hassle-free arrival and departure process. The instructions provided were clear, and the staff was available for assistance if needed. The room itself was decent considering the price. It provided the basic amenities one would expect, including comfortable bedding, a TV, and a small fridge. While the room was not overly luxurious, it served its purpose and provided a comfortable stay for the duration of our trip. Room amenities were also provided, which was a nice touch. We had access to essentials like towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer. These items were in good condition and added convenience to our stay. However, the washroom was a disappointment. It had an unpleasant odor, indicating poor hygiene or inadequate cleaning. The washroom seemed outdated and in need of renovation. This was particularly noticeable in contrast to the room, which appeared to be relatively well-maintained. Improvements in the cleanliness and renovation of the washroom would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests. It is worth noting that Chill Box Langkawi is located in a convenient area, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The surrounding environment was peaceful, and we enjoyed the tranquility during our stay. In conclusion, Chill Box Langkawi offers an average stay at an affordable price. The self-check-in and checkout process is convenient, and the room itself is satisfactory. However, the washroom was smelly and in need of renovation, which affected the overall experience. With attention to cleanliness and updates in the washroom facilities, Chill Box Langkawi could provide a more enjoyable stay for its guests.

L'hotel è situato a Kuah Town e vicino al centro commerciale HIG. Veramente conveniente per coloro che vogliono andare a shopping e cercare cioccolato e prodotti di cucina. Anche il basaro HIG e la corteccia alimentare sono davanti all'hotel. Il personale è gentile e amichevole. La stanza è pulita, la stanza è in generale buona e piacevole.

Il resort è stato fantastico! Il personale era eccezionalmente amichevole e accogliente. La stanza era spezia e ben progettata. Le strutture, tra cui ristoranti, piscina, spa e palestra, superavano le mie aspettative. Il cibo era fresco e irrigazione. I ristoranti sono adatti a vari gusti. Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno e consiglierei molto questo hotel ad altri.

initially thought that the hotel we booked was a mistake coz there was no car park and the lobby wasn’t impressive. but once we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised that the family room (2 king size beds) was spacious, clean and cold. we only realized that you can ask the reception to provide complimentary car park service at the sister property which was only 200m away from this hotel. We loved the location of the hotel as it is very convenient to malls/ shop lots/ restaurants and of course the beautiful beach! Will definitely stay here again the next time! ❤️😘

Anche se è un vecchio hotel, lo mantengono abbastanza bene e le camere sono state rinnovate e mantenute pulite.. sfortunatamente il balcone della nostra camera ha come un alveare di insetti che non se ne va mai.. gli insetti volano qua e là fuori dalla porta a vetri, quindi noi dobbiamo tenere la porta di vetro sempre chiusa per evitare che gli insetti volino nella nostra stanza.. quindi non abbiamo potuto goderci appieno il balcone della camera ma la vista era ok.. mi è piaciuto molto che abbiano anche una sala giochi per bambini nella villa che mia figlia mi è piaciuta tantissimo... non troppo affollata, ben tenuta e pulita... mia figlia visita la sala giochi tutti i giorni durante il nostro soggiorno. La piscina è ok, la spiaggia è bellissima.. abbiamo adorato il sole, il mare e la spiaggia..

Il check-in è stato facile da quando siamo arrivati molto tardi. Chiamiamo in anticipo per informare la nostra arrivo eta più tardi di quanto previsto a causa di ritardo di volo. Abbiamo costruito le api di fronte al mare. Tutto dentro la stanza è pulito. Canale TV ha astro. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta per i viaggiatori che desiderano soggiornare sulla spiaggia e godersi una bella vista sull'oceano. La spiaggia è un salto e salti da casa e ha anche accesso diretto dalla stanza dell'hotel. Tutti i luoghi di vista sono equidistanti e facilmente raggiungibili. Il personale dell'hotel è gentile, amichevole e lieto. Ci fu una leggera confusione con la mia allocazione, ma è stato gestito rapidamente dal personale della ricezione che mi ha aggiornato in una stanza con vista sul mare. La piscina è pulita e ben mantenuta. L'hotel offre solo colazione nel suo ristorante, e sarebbe stato un vantaggio se avesse una cucina completamente funzionale, perché è difficile trovare cibo (soprattutto per un vegetariano) vicino.

Per la tariffa che il Berjaya Resort ha da offrire, direi che vale ogni centesimo. Lo chalet era immacolato, ben arredato anche se trovo che alcune unità potrebbero aver bisogno di un rinnovamento urgente. Il cuscino, la biancheria, l'aria condizionata erano fantastici e garantivano un buon sonno. Sentirsi rilassati e calmi con i suoni della natura in sottofondo. Anche il cibo era buono con molte scelte disponibili in tutti i loro ristoranti. La piscina e la spiaggia erano stupende. Il mio punto forte è ovviamente il personale. Erano tutti attenti e gentili. La mia unica raccomandazione è che dovrebbero avere opzioni migliori per gli snack del minibar.
