I vantaggi: La vista sul mare è imbattibile, l'alba dal balconcino è meravigliosa e anche il cibo al bar al piano terra è delizioso.
Svantaggi: L'isolamento acustico è scarso, le strutture sono vecchie e il bagno a volte è rumoroso quando continua a immagazzinare acqua. Il negozio nella hall non ha molte cose ed è aperto fino alle 20:00. La posizione è remota e più adatta per le vacanze. Per viaggiare è necessario prendere un bus navetta.
È previsto un deposito di 50 RM per il check-in. Controlla se hai pagato la tassa di soggiorno e le spese online. Dovresti pagare solo la tassa sul patrimonio culturale di RM3 a notte al momento del check-in. Se non controlli attentamente nella parte anteriore. scrivania, verranno addebitate altre tasse.

I booked a Seaview room for the second time, and the view was just as fantastic as before. The staff, including those at the front desk, food and beverage team, and security, were all friendly and helpful. I rented a car, and the security staff were always ready to assist us in finding a parking spot. Although restaurants in the area close by 10 p.m., food delivery is easy to arrange, and it’s convenient for them to deliver to the hotel.

Ho soggiornato all'Aloft in altre città prima. Questo a Langkawi è di qualità inferiore rispetto agli altri. L'insonorizzazione dell'hotel è davvero pessima, come se le pareti fossero state realizzate con un armadio! ho dovuto cambiare stanza a causa del rumore proveniente da un generatore dell'edificio accanto. Anche un collega ha dovuto cambiare stanza per lo stesso motivo. Possiamo sentire i nostri vicini parlare e sono stato svegliato dal cinguettio degli uccelli quando si sono svegliati! Ho trascorso 5 notti lì e ho sofferto. Se hai il sonno leggero, non lo consiglio. Altrimenti è un hotel carino e pulito con una bella piscina fuori dall'unico ristorante.

My stay at the St. Regis Langkawi was underwhelming. Despite the high price tag, the room was average at best, with outdated decor and amenities. The service was lacking, with slow response times and a lack of attention to detail. I arrived with my guests for a short 3 days 2 nights getaway. It started when we arrived we were told the hotel is experiencing high occupancy and was told to wait till it was past check-in time for check in. We were also told to check daily with the concierge to see if we could get a late checkout. We booked 3 rooms but in the end only 2 were granted the request. I was told to wait at a meeting room while waiting for my guests from the other 2 rooms which I rejected. After repeated requests with the concierge the manager stepped in and put us at another room with default while waiting for our guests. The breakfast staffs were excellent and prompt in delivering world class service. However the dining options were overpriced and the overall atmosphere felt impersonal. I expected more from a luxury hotel like the St. Regis, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. I told the manager that I might not consider St Regis Langkawi again.

Il resort è coperto davanti al resort di camera, e questa è la mia seconda volta che sono qui.
Per me la camera è bello n accogliente. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. Poiché l'hotel è vicino al campo, vi aspettate di visitare piccole creature. Ma non preoccupatevi, non vi farà del male.
Bfast, per noi 50-50, non molte scelte dal suo unico rm20 per capo.
Noi amo il concetto di natura e il posto non è così pieno.
Guida a Pantai chenang circa 5-10 minuti.
Abbiamo visitato anche il caffè Ngopi, molto pieno rispetto all'anno scorso. Il prezzo per i cibi d un po' costoso è stato confrontato l'ultima volta che abbiamo visitato. Ma non è ancora in ordine guardare il tramonto qui.

Ho prenotato la camera per il nostro collega in pensione. Era così contento del servizio offerto dal personale dell'hotel. Il personale è stato anche così gentile che mi ha aiutato a fare piccole decorazioni per festeggiare il mio lui. L'hotel è vicino alla spiaggia di Pantai Tengah. Il tramonto è stato meraviglioso durante il soggiorno. La piscina a sfioro era ancora meglio.

1. Staff - all of the staffs are well trained and very polite.

1. Check in - this is the first time as a local malaysian, I need to provide I/C for each of my family members who is going to stay here. When i asked the receptionist, she said it’s part of the resort policy as it is a so called “4/5 star resort”. (I never encountered this situation at other 4/5 stars hotel) It’s weird, but they do implement this policy
2. Breakfast - for a 4/5 star resort, the available menu is super basic and not meeting my expectations. Egg also ala carte with additional charges if you want to request extra
3. Room cleanliness - theres a lot of cockroaches here. Im not joking!!
Summary
Not recommended. With a total of almost RM600 per room per night spend, there’s a lot of better options.

I’m currently on an anniversary trip, and I must say, this hotel has truly exceeded my expectations. The room is incredibly spacious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The facilities are excellent, and I’m grateful to the hotel for fulfilling my special request for room decoration. All the staff have been exceptionally kind and attentive, and the food is absolutely delicious. Thank you for making this experience so memorable!

Soggiorno altamente raccomandato al Parkroyal Langkawi.
Il bene:
- Servizi eccellenti per i bambini. Piscina grande, piscina piccola, piscina per bambini, spiaggia pulita, parco giochi, miniclub... mio figlio non voleva andarsene
- Camera grande con vista straordinaria. Prendete la camera con vista sull'oceano e non ve ne pentirete.
- Enorme varietà di colazione.
- Personale amichevole.
- Il cibo del ristorante è buono e non così costoso per un hotel.
Il cattivo: (in generale, sono fantastici! Ma i punti fastidiosi di seguito)
- Servizio molto lento. Mi ci sono voluti 45 minuti per effettuare il check-in. In generale, il personale non è dei più efficienti.
- Pulizie di base. Per il prezzo, mi aspetto che le pulizie non si limitino a pulire, ma anche a riordinare e mantenere la stanza. L'asciugamano non era piegato, i vestiti erano rimasti sul pavimento, la mia tazza di pasta sul pavimento non era stata ripulita.
La posizione è così così perché non è così vicino a nessun posto. Se prendi un'auto a noleggio, è facile. In caso contrario, anche Grab funziona.

TTasha LimL'hotel è a pochi passi dalla F&B / cena fuori. È necessario prenotare un camion se vogliamo mangiare fuori. Tuttavia, l'ambiente / l'atmosfera generale del resort è molto rilassante, la spiaggia privata si sente completamente esclusiva. Anche il personale è stato utile, potrebbe raggiungere attraverso il chat app che hanno risposto quasi immediatamente.

IIdris HajaludinPer la tariffa che il Berjaya Resort ha da offrire, direi che vale ogni centesimo. Lo chalet era immacolato, ben arredato anche se trovo che alcune unità potrebbero aver bisogno di un rinnovamento urgente. Il cuscino, la biancheria, l'aria condizionata erano fantastici e garantivano un buon sonno. Sentirsi rilassati e calmi con i suoni della natura in sottofondo. Anche il cibo era buono con molte scelte disponibili in tutti i loro ristoranti. La piscina e la spiaggia erano stupende. Il mio punto forte è ovviamente il personale. Erano tutti attenti e gentili. La mia unica raccomandazione è che dovrebbero avere opzioni migliori per gli snack del minibar.

JJHONY MAURICIOCi piace! Ha un'atmosfera artistica ovunque. La stanza è pulita e si può riempire l'acqua ogni volta che si desidera. Ha anche un approccio ecologico. Ti daranno anche degli asciugamani per andare alla spiaggia o alla piscina. Non è vicino alla spiaggia, ma a 5 minuti a piedi. È proprio davanti all'acquario langkawi. Ottimo 👌

JJiaerwaerzhangliangÈ un'esperienza di vita fantastica. Sento che tutti gli aspetti delle strutture e dei servizi valgono il prezzo. Ho scritto appositamente una lunga recensione.
Gli hotel sono fondamentalmente piccoli edifici, le camere sono spaziose e ben attrezzate, non sono troppo vecchie, la vista sul mare dal balcone è davvero incredibile. Le strutture dell'isola sono molto complete, comprese piscine, spiagge private (le risorse balneari di Langkawi in realtà non sono molto ricche, alcuni resort hanno solo spiagge in spiaggia), spa, bar, palestre e biliardo.È adatta per rilassarsi sull'isola Giorno, goditi il gameplay dell'hotel.
La consapevolezza del servizio da parte del personale è molto buona e tutto il personale che incontrano è proattivo ed entusiasta nel salutare. E il lavoro è stato molto minuzioso, ad esempio ci hanno ricordato espressamente che il giorno del check-out ci sarebbe stato un grande evento sull'isola e le strade sarebbero state chiuse.
Al momento del check-in, se avessi prenotato due notti di seguito, l'hotel mi avrebbe offerto un buffet e un piatto caldo. Il cibo era solo discreto (dopo tutto, su una piccola isola, puoi fare riferimento alle foto per il cibo).
Per il resto, il trasporto non è molto conveniente (bisogna prendere una barca di linea da e per l'isola, ma in realtà di tanto in tanto ci sono alcune barche non di linea. Potete contattare direttamente l'hotel && go to the island molo, ecc.). Sull'isola c'è un piccolo negozio, ma vende solo snack e bevande, perché la cosa principale non è molto completa.
Altri suggerimenti: 1. Il molo sull'isola non è facile da trovare, ti consiglio di scriverlo chiaramente sulla pagina Ctrip (cerca ”rebak traghetto”) 2. Si consiglia di fornire una mappa e presentare le strutture sull'isola isola al momento del check-in, così da evitare di chiedermelo a lungo.Non riesco a trovare il posto.

EEDMUND L.Mercure Langkawi offre la qualità che ti aspetteresti da questo marchio. Offre quel familiare senso di comfort e lusso di livello medio, bilanciando al tempo stesso l'accessibilità economica.
La posizione è decente, a pochi passi da molti posti, da un piccolo centro commerciale a un minimarket fino ai numerosi negozi duty free di cioccolato e snack ovunque. Ci sono anche diversi ristoranti disponibili a pochi passi o, se necessario, prendere un Grab non è difficile.
Nel complesso, il Mercure è un posto meraviglioso per i viaggiatori, siano essi famiglie, amici o coppie.

First the things going for this place is the location
Right at the beachfront you need to hardly walk a few steps regardless where your room is. Its Ideal place for elder vacationers and families with small kids.The beach has fine sand no jagged stones and its a huge private beach.The water is not clear or blue as would hope for but it is clean only even for this reason the stay is worth it.The place is serene with trees and plants. There is no high rise construction all the accomodation is on the ground atmost on 1st floor.Its all in villa style.The concept of being environment friendly is inspiring and rare in hotel business.
The second amazing thing abou this resort is its service and hospitality which felt genuine. You truly feel like guests here. Nothing in this resort speaks of commercial. I am really grateful that they modified my bookings eventhough by rule modification wasnt allowed.Almost every employee in the resort greeted us with smiles . At the buffet the manager was very cordial and responsive to guest needs even special requirements.
Unfortunately the resort has become old and needs dire maintainence and renoavtion.
The main doors if the room have a cheap feel and lacks weight doesnt feel premium.
The quality of paint on the walls is inferior quality .
Paint has not been applie in a professional way. All the furniture in the room is wooden which is a good things but it is worned down hasnt been polished or painted properly its all blotchy which makes it feel cheap.
Tauting it self as a green resort the landscaping is just not up to the mark, too much yellow in between the greens. The grass is unkempt and many places it seems it hasnt been cut in a while.
The swimming pools are very small in comparision to the resort and lacks sauna or steam bath.
Of 2 jacuzzis one was out of order.
All over the resort there are many such amenities
That are put of orders broken and dilipidated surprisingly all these issues can be addressed very easily i am speaking from experience i am willing to take a contract if the owner wants and i can turn around the resort at an econimical price.
I think the resort has come into a comfort zone from which it needs to come out.

Il personale dell'hotel era eccezionalmente cordiale e attento, assicurando un'esperienza fluida dal check-in al check-out. La camera era perfettamente pulita e ben arredata, offrendo servizi moderni e arredi confortevoli. Le opzioni ristorative in loco erano eccezionali, con un menu diversificato di piatti deliziosi. Inoltre, le strutture dell'hotel, tra cui la piscina e il centro fitness. Nel complesso, il mio soggiorno è stato davvero indimenticabile e non vedo l'ora di tornare

DDimon888Riposato con il coniuge, c'è un trasferimento dall'aeroporto, la stanza stessa è progettata per 3 persone, la villa è situata in un luogo lontano dalla città, quindi senza una moto o una macchina non fa, la villa amava molto un luogo tranquillo, La casa è completamente fuori di vetro specchio e si può vedere come arrivano diversi residenti della giungla, scimmie, collabri, languidi.

TTeh Soon PengLa camera familiare è molto grande, pulita e la pressione dell'acqua è abbastanza forte! La posizione è eccellente. Dall'altra parte del fiume, di fronte all'hotel, c'è un quartiere commerciale con molte banche, minimarket, farmacie e ristoranti. In alcuni giorni ci saranno anche mercati notturni!
La sera puoi andare sulla terrazza del 13° piano per cenare e ammirare il tramonto!

TTravel zumbieLa camera dell'hotel è in generale pulita e buona, la camera da bagno dell'hotel ha un pannello di doccia, nessuna spazzatura dentale, nessun barbecue, nessuna bottiglia di acqua potabile fornita. Le strutture sono sufficienti. Anche il buffet colazione non è ancora molto varietà. Camera per migliorare in queste aree.
