Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni al Four Seasons Langkawi. La struttura è piuttosto vecchia (18 anni) ma in ottime condizioni. I dipendenti hanno investito il tempo COVID per una ristrutturazione completa. Ci sono 2 piscine...una per famiglie (con bambini) e una PISCINA TRANQUILLA per adulti..davvero tranquilla e divertente. Scegliamo un appartamento superiore con vista sul mare. Potremmo vedere il mare e parte della giungla. Pieno di uccelli, scoiattoli e scimmie. Una full immersion nella natura. La struttura dispone di 3 ristoranti e un lounge bar. Cibo molto buono e prezzi ragionevoli prezzi.Ma il vero punto che fa la differenza e fornisce un "miglio in più" a questo resort sono le persone. Tutti super gentili. Sorridenti e allegri. Un vero soggiorno a 5 stelle in un posto fantastico. Altamente raccomandato. Era la mia terza volta a Langkawi e la primissima volta in FOUR SEASONS, tornerò sicuramente

L'hotel è a una certa distanza dai F&B/ristoranti all'esterno. Avevamo bisogno di prenotare un taxi se volevamo mangiare fuori. Tuttavia, l'ambiente/atmosfera generale del resort è molto rilassante, la spiaggia privata sembra assolutamente esclusiva. Anche il personale è stato utile, ha potuto raggiungerli tramite la chat dell'app a cui avrebbero risposto quasi istantaneamente. Anche il servizio buggy era sempre puntuale.

Four Seasons Langkawi è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa. Per soggiornare qui preparatevi a sorridere tutto il giorno perché il personale era semplicemente troppo cordiale, ospitale ed efficiente. Non farmi iniziare la cena al loro ristorante - Ikan Ikan. Il servizio è stato meravigliosamente eccezionale. Dalle cameriere allo Chef... sono andati oltre la loro chiamata. Il cibo era gustoso e la gamma era semplicemente deliziosamente buona.

Took me a while to decide on Four Seasons due to slight put off by the location as it was rather secluded on the other side of the island. (which also meant privacy and peace) But was pleasantly and amazingly surprised by them. Booking via Trip, I didn’t expect that the hotel will reach out to me directly to check about my trip and how they can facilitate my plans better. Having booked over Trip numerous times, this was a first. This is also not my rodeo with 5stars on Trip. I felt valued and felt the sincerity the hotel expressed on how much they welcomed my stay and looking forward to my arrival. I arrived early for check-in and the whole process was swift, personal and made me feel extremely welcomed. Before I even asked, the team checked on my flight details out of Langkawi, and arranged for my late check-out to match my flight out so that I can stay rested and enjoy the resort till my very last moments in Langkawi. It surprised me as it was extremely personal and showed how well the hotel treated each guest and placed their needs at their utmost priority. I honestly didn’t expect their thoughtfulness. A resort tour was then arranged on a buggy to show me around the area and to introduced to me the different restaurants and facilities. And then we were showed to our room. Room was dated and had visible signs of wear and tear but all in all was within expectations. Clean and spacious and had a giant tub which filled up rather quickly despite the sizes. Room was well lighted with generous amount of day light. Having shared with the team that I was celebrating my birthday, they arranged for cake and champagne in my room to welcome me. Their service was consistent and I also received great attitudes at their restaurant, Kelapa Grill which served great seafood. Thank you Four Seasons Langkawi for such a memorable stay. Your service have been impeccable. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and warm hospitality. I will most definitely be back.

A hotel that is very suitable for parents and children, and the service is particularly good. We will also choose this hotel for check-in next time!

Omg I can’t praise them enough! It’s like the best hotel I’ve been to!!! The way they set it up like separating you from the real world. Amazing.

A very nice stay at the Four Season Resort Langkawi. The facility a bit old but very well maintained. When we arrived, the floor was stained but the house cleaning team promptly arrived to clean the place upon making a call to them. Overall very efficient service and friendly and helpful staffs. The only thing to comment was some guests were rather couldn't care less and inconsiderate attitude by taking away the bicycles which were already allocated to particular rooms / guests which was parked at the breakfast restaurant.The bicycles are free to 'rent' from the gym. A few of the guests, including myself have to go report the bicycles being "stolen". Was told it wasn't the first time the culprits had done that. Aside from the little unpleasant experience, the view was great, quite a good amount of complimentary activities to spend time in the resort.

The best trip ever! The resort services was absolutely nice! They also friendly . Definitely will come again here and book more night 😆 So many instagraable spots okay!

The room was spacious, facing the garden and had its own jakuzzi. The service was excellent with big pool for kids and family. Good spread of local & continental breakfast. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and stay
