Hotel con piscina a Langfang

Le condizioni di igiene sono buone. La decorazione del salone dell'hotel è magnifica. La stanza è molto generale, le strutture sono molto vecchie. Il condizionamento centrale non può regolare la temperatura. Ci sono vento caldo. La casa è calda. Questa esperienza è molto cattiva. La colazione è generalmente il più alto standard di Sanzette. Il latte e il latte sono tutti fuori, Ci sono altri tre giochi di frutta con ciliegie e banane.

出來玩能住上滿意的酒店真的是很幸福的事兒呢，前後總共住了好幾天，環境衞生都特別好，前台團隊服務態度也非常好。酒店環境不錯，還有泳池和健身房，入住時還有自助機辦理，更加智能化了，距離衹有紅樓夢和水雲間也很近，出行方便快捷，點外賣還有有趣的機器人幫忙送到房間，超級滿意，還有早餐也不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高。推薦大家來住

La reception Amy ha un buon atteggiamento di servizio, il parcheggio è gratuito all'hotel, le strutture della stanza sono complete, l'esperienza è buona, la prossima volta verrà a soggiornare. La reception è un buon giovane, magnifico! L'hotel è vicino alla piazza Wanda, e mangia molto.

Recentemente, il viaggio è spesso in questo hotel, l'esperienza è piena!La ricetta è molto efficiente e presto è pronto a soggiornare.La stanza è ben lucidata, l'area di ufficio è grande, il bagno è completo e è adatto per me come imprenditore.Il tipo di colazione è ricco e il caffè è ora pieno di profumo. L'hotel è pieno di attrezzature fitness che possono soddisfare le esigenze quotidiane.Molti posti sono disponibili, il parcheggio è conveniente, in generale è la mia prima scelta.

定了一個糖果親子房，基本設施都有，沒有什麼亮點。酒店送了一個糖果小熊禮袋，其實還不如送一些小活動有意思。整體酒店很中式，春節期間有很多民宿體驗課，但是對於小朋友確實吸引力一般。再説説早餐，早餐種類其實還可以，就是説好十點收餐，九點四十服務員就開始收餐了，餛飩，煎餅之類的就都沒了。這個有點早。主要是我們住了兩天，初七那天可能是因為人多沒有這樣。初八真的提前很多就開始收餐了。沒有比較沒有傷害。另外兩個餐廳都嚐了嚐，還可以，飯菜中規中矩。酒店有個游泳池，裏面有小童小池子，就是水温有點涼，就是親子服務一般。有是有，不好用。酒店停車場走到大廳很遠，春節期間風大很冷，對住客不友好。 酒店整體裝修其實很漂亮，就是親子確實一般。

We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

在繁忙的都市生活中，尋找一處既能親近自然又能享受高品質服務的休憩之地，是許多人心中的嚮往。近日，我入住了一家生態旅遊酒店，酒店的生態環境令人贊歎。一踏入這裏，就被這裏的景色所吸引，大堂裏擺放的綠植彷彿讓人瞬間遠離了城市的喧囂。清新的空氣迎面撲來，旅途的疲憊彷彿在這一刻都被驅散了。整個酒店的裝修風格大氣典雅，細節之處盡顯用心，讓人感受到一種迴歸自然的寧靜與舒適。還有其卓越的服務讓我留下了深刻的印象，從踏入酒店的那一刻起，我就被其無微不至的服務所打動。大堂經理美嬌面帶微笑，用温暖的問候和專業的態度迎接每一位賓客，讓我們瞬間感受到了家的温馨。不僅幫我們迅速辦理了入住手續，還細心地介紹了酒店的各項設施和服務，確保我能充分利用這次住宿體驗。此外，酒店還提供了豐富的免費娛樂活動，如親子手工坊、扎染、自行車租賃等，讓我充分體驗了生態旅遊的樂趣，由於天氣還是比較冷，水上的項目還沒開放，等春暖花開再來遊玩，在此也特別感謝美嬌經理的貼心照顧，下次再見！

沒想到工作日人這麼多，到了酒店房間還沒有收拾好，工作人員説現在甲流高發，都要用滴露消毒，會比較慢，這點絕對好評 我們訂的私湯房，在房間裏一邊看着窗外風景一邊泡温泉，還可以看電視 室內温泉有大小十多個池子，温度高低不同，功效不同，更衣室旁邊就是兩塊小童樂園，換好泳衣就可以直接來到小童樂園，這裏水比較矮，適合孩子玩，有滑梯小噴泉 室外温泉也有不少池子，不怕冷的在室外泡泡更舒服 室內像熱帶叢林一樣，最棒的是每隔幾個池子就有熱水，一次性紙杯，備用拖鞋和浴巾，還可以汗蒸和搓澡 温泉室內二樓有小童淘氣堡，緊挨着休息區，休息區有躺椅，下午三點左右有免費茶點，水果餅乾零食飲料等 酒店户外有無動力設施，蹺蹺板、蹦床、攀爬網、滑梯、鞦韆等 早餐種類非常多，中西式的都有，還有固安特色美食，晚餐在中餐廳吃的飯，飯點人巨多，不過翻枱很快，等了不到十分鐘就進去了，特色菜都很好吃，不踩雷，價格實惠！

感覺一定要評論點啥，這是五星級的喜來登嗎？但是我真的很無語： 首先是停車難。酒店門口有停車位，數量也還可以，我們晚上五點多到的，不算晚，但是沒有地方停車了，保安讓我們繞到酒店後面，我們也不知道情況，繞了一圈也沒有，又回到酒店樓前，保安説就是要停到樓後的大馬路上…然後走過來，大冷天，黑布隆冬的…樓門前的臨停車位不少，不讓停，説明天有劇組什麼的要留…但是明明就是有車停着呢！氣死！這要是王府井我也就不説啥了，您這裏這麼大地方，沒法停車？不規劃停車，讓客人大黑天拖着行李走好幾百米…無語至極！ 然後入住，酒店沒有小童圍欄，這個都好説，但是這個洗澡的也是絕了，頂噴一打開，水都是從頂噴與牆之間的大縫子裏出來的，感覺再開一會頂噴就要掉下來了，花灑也是一打開水挺大的，然後調到熱水立馬就就是小細水了…然後就是枕頭巨高，睡了一覺頭暈…床軟…電視小…窗簾破大洞…最最最無語的是酒店配的梳子，八百年前不到透明塑料梳子…現在我不知道還有什麼酒店還在用…震驚到我了！ 酒店的工作人員態度都很好，就是用很好的態度和你不停的説對不起… 總而言之，我沒覺得我住的是五星級的酒店！真是開了眼了，喜來登的水平震驚我了！不會再住，也不會推薦！

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
