L'hotel è nuovo e la stanza è molto pulita.L'aria condizionata e l'acqua calda sono molto forti.La comodità del letto è molto alta, e i pannolini sono davvero molto nuovi.E forniscono pannolini secchi.E'molto attento per i dettagli.
Non sono molti tipi di colazione, ma il sapore è buono.Come dire, il cibo non è di alta qualità, ma la qualità delle materie prime è davvero buona, o le due parole: con il cuore.(frutti freschi e freschi)
Il personale dell'hotel è davvero una signora.Quando ho visto altre valutazioni, sono anche curioso di sapere come sia ”elevata qualità del personale”.Infatti...!E'veramente alta qualità. Dopo aver passato troppo mille migliaia di servizi standard, l'hotel mi ha davvero fatto sperimentare qualcosa che si chiama ospite.
La piscina di pesce del palco è così bella!Il personale è anche molto intimo a fornire cibo di pesce, che è un bel viaggio.

DDativa matundaThe hotel was good , I have nothing to say but I can give them five star the place is clean , quite it’s a five star everything was perfect, Chinese restaurant and supermarket are in the first floor very convenient KFC, MC DONALD PIZZA HUT are are around one minute away from the apartment. The hotel is nice the style of building is nice , interior design is the best . I like there worker /customer service is 100% 希际LOFTj精品民宿 . I can recommend any one to go it’s a very nice place . After 3 days of stay I extended one day to another room was nice too ❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹

Ho portato due bambini al palco per leggere libri, ma il figlio è troppo concentrato per leggere libri storici. Non mi ha detto in tempo. Sento un odore ～ e gli ho chiesto molto arrabbiato perche'il bagno non mi ha detto in tempo. Proprio nel libro, c'è un personale dell'hotel in ufficio. La prima volta che vengo a insegnarmi le mie emozioni e mi conforta di dire che i bambini si immergono nel loro mondo, mi dimenticheranno, è una fase dei bambini. MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around.
Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason.
Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved.
Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in.
This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests.
Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years.
Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good.
The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable.
We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com).
We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week.
Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese.
This is still the case, WHY?
As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well.
This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels.
With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements.
(Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him).
There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

廊坊這個地方在五一給了我意外的驚喜。尤其是這個酒店，住了兩晚非常開心!
在預訂時因為有老有小對房間有一定要求，工作人員都是儘量滿足反覆確認安排。
到了酒店入住後，工作人員李博愛會負責一對一入住期間的問題，及時幫忙解決小問題，還發了遊玩攻略，很不錯。
性價比:地理位置不要太好，房間打掃乾淨，也大。價格在五一期間對於從北京避難的人士來講實在太划算了。
要特別表揚一下浴缸，很少表揚它，但這家酒店浴缸的坡度對於163人士太友好了，泡起來非常舒服。唯一美中不足的是衞生間在夜裡會反味兒，但扣上蓋子就還好。對於這個性價比酒店來説，其他硬件已經很好了。
對了，一樓有零食糕點售賣區，價格都挺平民的，挺好👌🏻

TTha PanhaHo soggiornato una notte a Langfang; il mio amico mi ha raccomandato questo hotel. Non ho mai visto un hotel così grande. Era spazioso, moderno e accogliente. La manager, non sono sicuro se sia la manager delle operazioni o la manager del front office, era molto amichevole e utile. Mi ha mostrato tutti i tipi di camere, così potevo decidere chi volevo stare. E' stato così bello da lei. Non sono mai stato in un hotel che mi ha fatto sentire così comodo, soprattutto nella stanza.
La stanza è spaziosa e a buon prezzo, con un design moderno e una vista bella.

Infrastrutture: anche relativamente complete, ci sono palestra e piscina, la piscina non è grande, l'acqua non è fredda, ma non è molto pulita.Si può capire, non è caldo quando è pulita.La sala di cambio è anche grande, ci sono grandi cabine di magazzino, si può cambiare vestiti in sala di cambio, o si può cambiare in camera per andare a nuotare.
Ambiente: il letto è ancora molto comodo, le luci nella stanza non sono luminose, le luci di tavolo sono buone.La stanza sul bordo è super grande, con un separatore indipendente tra biancheria e scrivania.Ci sono anche le finestre di terra super grande 180 gradi.

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.
We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you.
Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant.
It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise.
As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay.

The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that.
We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe.
Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

UUtente anonimo兩大一小温泉門票:温泉真的是太糟糕了，本來就很小，進到更衣室都要被凍死了，換好衣服進去後，就看到很多大爺大媽，在每一個不同的大池子小池子裏面搓泥，沒有工作人員管理
設施：酒店設施不錯，屋裡有私湯。早飯就是普通的盒飯，我們定的兩大一小的房間，但是早飯沒有孩子的。
衞生：很好，陽光很足
環境：很安靜，很保暖
服務：周到，處理很細緻
