Burnley

In primo luogo, abbiamo trascorso molte notti in locande premier su e giù per il paese per molti anni, quindi abbiamo molta esperienza su di loro. Questo è stato probabilmente il peggiore. La camera era un po' sporca, puzzava di umidità, le pareti erano macchiate. Abbiamo portato altri membri della nostra famiglia perché abbiamo sempre avuto buone esperienze, ma possiamo dire con certezza che non torneranno nelle locande premier. La sera siamo tornati a bere qualcosa nel beefeater alle 10 ma ci hanno detto che avevano chiuso. Questo nonostante gli orari di apertura pubblicizzati fino alle 11 e in precedenza avevo controllato per sentirmi dire alle 10.30. Ho chiesto se potevamo avere da bere solo per sentirci dire che le casse erano chiuse, quindi no. Ciò significava che il nostro gruppo di 10 persone era tutto a letto per le 22:15. Non bene! Uno del nostro gruppo è dovuto andare in un garage per prendere da bere ai propri figli poiché il distributore automatico non aveva una buona scelta. La colazione era orribile. Se hai aspettato la pancetta, le salsicce erano tutte finite. Il cibo usciva alla grande, nessuno di noi è riuscito a fare una colazione completa. Il tostapane era rotto così come la macchina del caffè. I piatti erano costantemente in esaurimento. Sembrava che ci fossero solo circa 4 persone lì, che stavano lavorando sodo. Non sono sicuro se hanno avuto una malattia del personale o se hanno bisogno di assumere di più, ma è sicuramente necessario risolverlo. Siamo stati al Premier Inn London e Windsor alcuni mesi fa e la differenza tra questi e Burnley era gesso e formaggio. Il fatto che fossimo a letto per 10 anni ha rovinato completamente la nostra esperienza. Gli amici hanno soggiornato all'omorod b&b in fondo alla strada per 1/2 del prezzo ed era molto meglio.

We stayed here for 2 nights booking in was pleasant the room itself reasonably tidy although there are signs of damp we paid for our meal and breakfast package the evening meal took an hour and a half to come to us bearing in mind we had been on the road nearly 6 hours and just wanted something to eat and then rest bed the hotel bed was comfortable and we were all rested then we arrived at the brewers fair for breakfast and that it where it went down hill again nobody was there to book us in for breakfast so basically anyone could have strolled in and helped them selves to breakfast i asked the lady that came out of the kitchen were there any tables for us to sit bearing in mind both myself and my partner are disabled with my partner using crutches were told to stand and wait for a table to become available we then just decided to fit around a single table and borrow a couple of chairs breakfast was suppose to be all you can eat buffet type with barely anything out of the 12 items listed for breakfast there are only 5 available plates were cold the food was only just warm i really wouldn't bother ordering breakfast if your going to stay here it's not worth the money being charged.

The two night experience was dire. Room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Long hairs in the bed. Restaurant and bar was closed. No breakfast on second day even though we prepaid. Came back to a man being arrested by police in reception. Sleep broken on second night by fire alarm false alarm.  Still waiting our refund for the breakfast that wasn't offered. Forced out to eat on bitter cold nights. Hideous, never to be repeated experience.
