Hotel vicino a Mercato Notturno UD, Udon Thani

The hotel itself is really beautiful, clean, and perfect for photos. The location is also ideal. That’s basically all when it comes to the positives. As for the negatives: when I arrived in the late afternoon, I was given a room facing the street. It honestly felt like the walls were made of paper — I could hear everything as if I were standing outside. I asked to change rooms and, without any problem, was given another one on the opposite side of the building. Unfortunately, that side was even louder. It faces restaurants, and in one of them the music was so loud that I could literally hear every word in my room. The music only stopped around 1 a.m., and this was in the middle of the week. I don’t even want to imagine how long it goes on during weekends. It was terrible — sleeping was basically impossible. The same applies to noise from the hallway. Any time someone was there, everything could be heard clearly inside the room, as if the doors were also made of paper. Breakfast was also disappointing, with a very limited selection. I’d rate it about 3 out of 5. To sum up: if you’re looking for a nice, clean hotel in a great location, this is a perfect choice. But if you’re looking for a place where you can actually relax and rest, this is not the hotel for you.

Check in and check out were both fast and efficient, and no deposit was required which is a huge plus, GSAs were polite. The room is clean, and spacious enough, and the bed and pillows are comfortable, and the room full of all the amenities that you need. However the TV is not a smart TV, no Netflix or YouTube, and mostly Thai channels only. The biggest issue is the air conditioning. Guests have no control over the AC in the room, you cannot adjust the temperature, fan speed, or turn it on or off yourself. Even simple situations, like wanting to turn the AC off temporarily, require calling reception, this is very inconvenient. Guests have different comfort needs throughout the day and night, for example while showering and you wanna turn it off to avoid catching a cold. It is not possible without calling reception. Having to contact the front desk every time for such basic adjustments is not really guest-friendly. The gym is very small and has almost no machines, so it’s quite limited. Restaurant staff were friendly, the food was good, and room service was good.

La stanza era media, ma non mi piace un odore nella stanza. Forse sarebbe meglio se l'hotel mettesse qualche profumo. Anche io ho visto un grande insetto nella mia camera da letto. Il ricevitore era davvero dispiaciuto per questo. Capisco perché questa è una stagione pioggia. Tuttavia, sarebbe meglio che lo guardino con maggiore attenzione.

La camera è spaziosa, nuova e pulita. Ottima posizione vicino all'aeroporto, ottimo prezzo. Tutti i servizi sono ok.

Per me il miglior hotel di udontani, staff amichevole, ottima colazione e camere con valcone, il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Rigrazio tutto lo staff per avermi aiutato. Ci tornerò e lo consiglio a tutti

La stanza è pulita, buona, il servizio è molto buona, la strada è un po' stretta, ma in generale vale la pena.Se c'è la possibilità di andare a Udon per rimanere di nuovo
