Hotel vicino a Centro commerciale Jamjoom, Gedda

Connected to Red Sea Mall, very convenient. Room is nice and clean, got everything you need. Everything is perfect. Didn’t get the chance to try their food but they have a good price for lunch package ~55 Sar/pp.

La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e in generale esattamente quello che cercavo. Il concierge era estremamente utile e piacevole di interagire con. Io userò certamente questo posto di nuovo per i futuri viaggi a Jeddah. Anche se non c'era un ristorante sul sito, ci sono i centri alimentari letteralmente accanto alla porta che era grande per me.

Godendo il soggiorno. Hotel buono con buon servizio e camere pulite , prenoterò di nuovo per il mio prossimo viaggio a Jeddah.

I recently stayed at Donatello Hotel in Jeddah and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. I was traveling with my family, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. The suite was spacious and quiet, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we needed. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite and helpful—especially at the reception. They were quick to assist with anything we needed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Special thanks to the front desk team for their hospitality. The location is great, especially if you're coming from the airport—it’s only a short drive away. There's also free parking and Wi-Fi, which made everything easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend Donatello Hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or with family. Great service, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay overall. Would stay here again without hesitation!

Overall good with the exception of ill naintained and ill eqipped gym and apsent of coffemaker in the room, everythind is upto expectation

La stanza era molto soddisfatta della stanza del coppia. La stanza aveva una bella vista, il letto era comodo e la luce era morbosa e confortevole. Ci siamo divertiti a cena e la vibrazione generale del posto era solo fantastica.

All is good overall. They may just need to review the feedback on Google and use it as an evaluation to improve quality. During my stay, no towels were provided initially, so I had to ask. Also, my key card was only set for one night even though I stayed for two. They should pay more attention to the bed sheets, as I found some hair and stains on them. It’s actually a nice hotel, just needs some improvements. I don’t expect the same level of hospitality as in Asia, but if they could improve in that area, it would be even better. Thank you so much!

Hotel carino e abbastanza pulito, come zona e abbastanza servita

La camera d'albergo era ben pulita, ma la receptionist è stata scortese con me al momento del check-in a causa del ritardo.
