L'hotel è ben posizionato e, nonostante sia in pieno centro, è molto silenzioso. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di ogni comfort. Diciamo che sono pensate per essere comode e pratiche ma sono anche bell. Doccia top! Sala lavanderia perfetta. Avevo paura a lavare i vestiti ma mi sono ricreduta. Ottime anche le asciugatrici. Colazione varia e buona! Lo consiglierei ai miei amici soprattutto per l'isolamento acustico.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Every staff member I met was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help, which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to my butler, Merry, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. Merry was incredibly attentive, helpful, and always made sure everything was taken care of. Their outstanding service truly made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire team for such an exceptional experience. La stanza era buona in generale. La stanza era pulita e confortevole, e il personale era utile. Poche piccole cose potrebbero essere migliorate, ma era ancora una piacevole esperienza.

The location is very nice not far from the airport and the subway with good price. The staffs are so lovely and kind. The room is clean and good. Breakfast is quite small choice but it’s not bad. It has a laundry room for free. You can keep your luggage and get them back. The bathroom is clean too. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Really grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier? Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish. I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view. Room was clean and nice. Slippers given. Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them. The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider. The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night. Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants. The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently. Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
