"I paid online for the room to avoid getting there and find the hotel sold out. I was scared the hotel wouldn’t take cash for my deposit but they did and refunded on my check out, the location was convenient for me, I would definitely come back here for a longer stay."

"We stayed for one night at L'Appartement Hôtel and had a wonderful experience. Excellent staff and service, great downtown Montreal location, nice breaktast, and a clean room with a comfortable mattress and a balcony. The large swimming pool and penthouse area upstairs offer an amazing city-center view. We arrived early and were able to check in without any issues. Highly recommended. Maria"

"Very good location in the heart of downtown we don’t have a hard time to find places in downtown,, once that you step out in the hotel you are already in downtown area , very easy access in the bus from the airport and easy walking distance in the metro ,, highly recommended, staff are so friendly and helpful, I will definitely recommend this hotel if you’re planning to visit Montreal,"

"Booked this to be close to McGill for my brothers graduation and it was a prime spot! The room was spacious but dark, only light was from the lamps and the doorway light. Didn’t check out the pool but they had a private and clean laundry room which I appreciated + a nice gym! Service was OK though."

"I was really surprised by this hotel. The hotel is small and not in the centre but it is well located, you can walk to the centre or take the metro (there’s a station really netas the hotel), and it was a really good value for money. The staff is nice, speak English and French and were really helpful. The room was big enough for the 3 of us and had all amenities needed. The view… well, it was for the other rooms so we just kept the curtains closed. There is a living room with coffee for guests that I liked. Breakfast was also better than I was expecting and we just got our drink from the lounge and took to the breakfast room. It’s a simple breakfast but had scrambled eggs, fruit, pastries, yogurt, cereal… They don’t have parking but there’s a car public park 2 minutes away. We left the car there and walked to the old Montreal."

"It was our 5th or 6th time at this hotel We choose this hotel due its location near our family. We had two big rooms one was great as they upgraded us for free to a suite, the other was on Décarie which is a pretty noisy main highway, they moved us to our request to a side room which still bordered on Décarie, could only sleep with earplugs. What ever you do ask for room facing the back of the Hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, breakfast buffet was mediocre but sufficient and due to previous experience we new what do expect. There is a supermarket and Starbucks near by which upgrades the experience. Most likely will return again."

"Avevo avuto un bel po' di tempo con questa prenotazione. 1. Hanno avuto problemi con chiave digitale al check-in (dovevano aspettare circa 40 minuti davanti alla porta, prima che qualcuno venisse a aiutare con una carta manuale) il problema è stato risolto dopo il check-in in tempo. 2. Prima dell'arrivo ho chiesto per le mie decorazioni di compleanno non c'era nessuno (questo potrebbe non essere disponibile e questo è ok) , ho chiesto un livello più alto e non affrontare altri appartamenti per motivi personali, Mi hanno messo nel livello più basso (???) di fronte a appartamento , mi sento solo come se non si preoccupassero delle richieste e non hanno nemmeno cercato di ospitare i clienti. 3. Hanno detto che il parcheggio era disponibile, ma dovete pagare (non è menzionato), ma ogni volta che chiedevo che direbbero che era pieno. Dovrebbe essere un parcheggio riservato ai clienti, perché ho prenotato questo sito, soprattutto perché il parcheggio è stato elencato come “disponibile” La lavatrice ha smesso di lavorare mentre cercavo di lavare i letti, è rimasta bloccata durante l'intera viaggio, non c'era nessun tecnico disponibile.Grazie a Dio, il personale ha portato un set di nuovi letti In generale, non è stata una cattiva esperienza a Werfy in termini di spazio stesso, ma una sorta di frustrazione con tutto ciò che accade intorno!"
