Hotel vicino a Cinema Ex-Centris, Montréal

I recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free. We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch. The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

La mia esperienza è stata orribile. La prima notte è scattato un falso allarme in tutto l'hotel alle 4:45. Il giorno dopo siamo tornati in camera e il servizio in camera non era ancora stato effettuato. Infine, poiché l'hotel era in fase di ristrutturazione, la nostra ultima notte in hotel è stata orribile, dato che il giorno prima i condizionatori del nostro piano erano stati spenti a causa degli stessi lavori di ristrutturazione precedentemente descritti. In sintesi, un'esperienza orribile, soprattutto considerando il prezzo dell'hotel. L'unica nota positiva è stata la posizione, ma non soggiornerò mai più in questo Embassy Suites.

It was our 5th or 6th time at this hotel We choose this hotel due its location near our family. We had two big rooms one was great as they upgraded us for free to a suite, the other was on Décarie which is a pretty noisy main highway, they moved us to our request to a side room which still bordered on Décarie, could only sleep with earplugs. What ever you do ask for room facing the back of the Hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, breakfast buffet was mediocre but sufficient and due to previous experience we new what do expect. There is a supermarket and Starbucks near by which upgrades the experience. Most likely will return again.

Struttura un po’ datata, siamo arrivati tardi e non abbiamo notato che sul letto non c’era un piumone. Abbiamo avuto freddo. Nella camera 2008 non c’è un armadio. Per il resto bagno grande, molto pulito, come anche la camera.

location is ok, price is acceptable, sanitation is ok, facility is ok, service is ok. generally this is an old school fashion hotel with required quality. two things that are not so satisfied during this journey. One is although the location is convenient, the surrounding environment is not that good. the hotel is low rise building, and there is a open park nearby. you can here some people grouping and noising at midnight occasionally, i think they rejoice with weeds. also when you walk outside street, the air is full of **** smell. the second thing is the problem with fire arm in my room on one afternoon, which is loud and harming my ear.

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews I read online, and I can happily say I wasn't disappointed with my choice. Check-in & Parking Our check-in process was completely smooth and hassle-free. We parked our car in the hotel’s free parking lot. It was quite packed—I assume there was a wedding or another big event going on at the time—but despite the crowd, we managed to find a spot for our car. Room & Amenities The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the floors were spotless. This is a multi-story hotel with a functioning elevator. I learned that it used to belong to a major hotel chain before it changed ownership and name. You can definitely feel that legacy, as it still maintains a certain standard of high quality. The building itself doesn't look worn out at all. Another great perk was the ice machine; we were able to fill up our icebox for the car free of charge, which was super convenient. The room's AC worked perfectly, the TV had plenty of channels, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable and smooth. Location & Value The hotel is located close to the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers who need easy airport access. While it is a bit far from the city center, it worked perfectly for us since we had a car. If you don't have a vehicle, the distance from downtown might be something to consider, but for our needs, it was just right. Conclusion Overall, I really liked it. The pricing was very reasonable for what it offers. It’s a clean, comfortable, and highly stayable place. I would definitely recommend it!

La posizione è eccellente. È praticamente a pochi passi da tutto il centro. Nei miei tre giorni di vacanza, abbiamo preso a malapena i mezzi pubblici per spostarci in centro. E il personale è super cordiale e disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta!!

Anche dopo l'iscrizione alle 3:00, il mio letto non era pronto. Le donne ti danno le carte chiave per aprire i tuoi serrature, ma non sono usate per aprire la capsula. La capsula può essere aperta semplicemente spinendo le porte, che si sente piuttosto insicura, considerando che potrebbe essere aperta da qualcun altro. Inoltre, i numeri di basso e superiore sono distinguibili da segni che mostrano la forma delle porte (arrotondate o quadrate), che potrebbero facilmente essere sbagliati. Quando l'ho aperto, c'era qualcuno che stava nella mia capsula. Questo dovrebbe essere migliorato dall'albero. Almeno possono chiarire con le frecce di scrittura.

Nessun colazione, il servizio in generale, dovete pagare l'oro quando si trovano, quando si lasciano, ovviamente è più difficile e rendere inconveniente per gli ospiti.Ogni volta che si lasciano, è necessario controllare la stanza.
