L'hotel On Melo Alves mi ha sorpreso piacevolmente dai primi momenti del mio soggiorno. È una moderna e molto accogliente opzione di alloggio situata in una delle migliori aree di São Paulo. Mi piaceva l'atmosfera, tranquilla, confortevole e elegante allo stesso tempo.Le camere sono spaziose e luminose, con un design contemporaneo e tutto ciò che è necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La cucina interna, dotata di attrezzi e di utensili, è particolarmente conveniente, soprattutto per visite più lunghe. Tutto è stato perfettamente pulito e ben mantenuto. La posizione è un altro vantaggio importante. Ci sono molti ristoranti, caffè e negozi eccellenti vicino, e Avenida Paulista è a poca distanza a piedi. Il quartiere si sente sicuro e è molto piacevole per camminare. Vorrei anche sottolineare il personale amichevole, professionale, e sempre pronto ad aiutare.Puoi davvero sentire la loro attenzione agli ospiti e il loro desiderio di rendere il soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. Dislike: • the bathroom sink needs a better aerator on the faucet to control the flow so that it doesn’t spray outside of the sink. • the water in the pool didn’t seem to be constantly filtered. There were small debris and bugs on top.

very pleasure experience with Allure Moema Apartment. I am here for the Sao Paulo Expo, and THIS APARTMENT HOTEL IS AMAZING. First, the location is very great, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, you can easily shop within 5 minutes of walking to a very big shopping mall. Second, the room and hotel are super professional. they have a gym and working zone that can quietly work inside. and all hotel are very clean and no noise during my trip. Third, I love the staff here. and they are sooo patient and soooo nice. If I can back to Sao Paulo again, I definitely will choose this hotel again. At first, as foreigners, we don't have local currency to pay the bill and they are willing to give us time and solutions to solve the problems. And, unfortunately, my backpack was stolen in a restaurant and I lost all my belongings. They were very concerned about my condition and comforted me thoughtfully. They even helped the kind people find my passport and help me return to my country as soon as possible. I am so grateful I chose this hotel and I am so grateful that I met all these great people in Sao Paulo. Definitely, a Great choice if you want to visit Sao Paulo Expo!

Tentei contato com a governança, abriram um chamado e não tive retorno do que poderia ter acontecido até então.
