Hotel vicino a Casa di Mozart, Salisburgo

We had a wonderful experience in this B&B. The room was clean, which echoed with all the reviews here. You could experience the passion and perseverance of the owners in keeping everything not only neat and tidy, but amazingly dustless and spotless! If you look at the mirror, and the tissue box in the toilet, the level of shine and reflection is at its top! The bed was big and comfortable. The design of the room was modern. Tea and coffee are available inside the room. Breakfast comprised of a wide variety of fresh fruits chopped into small cubes and delicately put into little cocktail glasses, all sorts of bread, yoghurt, ham, spreads. Alex would welcome all customers warmly with offerings of coffee, tea and eggs that were made by him. I saw on reviews that he made perfect eggs and it was really true! The fried eggs that I ordered were prepared with crispy edges, what a morning delight! All the details and passion ( and the amount of time and dedication one can imagine) that this family put into this B&B deserve a 5-star rating. From its hardware to attitude, this is the best I have ever experienced as a tourist.

Servizio ottimo colazione fantastica ottima atmosfera in generale

L'hotel è situato molto vicino alla stazione, a 2 minuti a piedi. Molto comodo per raggiungere luoghi (Salisburgo o gite di un giorno in altre città). La camera era pulita, il letto era davvero comodo. Servizi come acqua/bollitore/frigorifero ecc. sono disponibili solo nella hall, quindi è leggermente scomodo ma più rispettoso dell'ambiente poiché è un hotel ecologico. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno davvero confortevole e piacevole. Altamente raccomandato!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso all'Austria Trend Hotel Europa. La professionalità del personale nel gestire le mie richieste in camera e nel risolvere il problema relativo al biglietto di mobilità per Salisburgo il giorno dell'arrivo è stata un punto a favore ancor prima del check-in. La possibilità di effettuare il check-out fino alle 12:00 mi ha permesso di fare un'ultima visita della città prima di partire. Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno e non mi pento di aver scelto questo hotel.

Forse perché l'hotel è nuovo, era davvero carino e pulito!! Il letto, il materasso, ecc. erano tutti in ordine ed era bello che ci fosse una luce che potesse essere accesa per ogni letto**. Vengono forniti due asciugamani a persona, che sono molto puliti e il personale della reception è gentile :)

La posizione era vicina alla stazione ferroviaria. Un po' più lontano dal centro storico, ma in un'ottima posizione per tram e autobus che portano in città. La camera era di ottime dimensioni, con moquette che creava un'atmosfera accogliente. Servizi discreti e camera silenziosa in generale.

Molto vicino alla stazione, molto pulita, la stanza è molto grande, molto comoda. Inoltre, i bagni e i bagni sono raramente comuni in Europa, che è molto buono 々!!!!! Ci sono strutture comode, frigo e vasca. Lo consiglio fortemente!

Adoro questo hotel. È piccolo, a conduzione familiare, ma molto pulito e ordinato, la colazione è deliziosa e tutto il personale è gentilissimo. Si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria centrale, il che è molto comodo per noi dopo lunghe giornate di escursioni. Vale assolutamente la pena soggiornarvi!

Parcheggio gratuito, ma bisogna guidare per andare in centro. Tutto il resto è ottimo, con caffè gratuito nel pomeriggio. Consiglio vivamente a chi viaggia in auto.

Didn’t really have a good experience on this but thank god Trip did compensate a small fee. The room is good, the hotel is good BUT whoever that has booked please read this:- 1. Make sure they send you a pin code to enter the hotel at least 3 days before or else keep emailing and calling before you reach. There is no workers all automated if you reach and have no code to enter you are stranded! Yes there is a phone to call but Im not sure why the phone doesn’t work properly!! I called 7 times only to 1 time they pick up. And finally after waiting in the cold for 30 mins they let me know the pin code to enter. Its very hard to contact the hotel maybe because im not using local phone number. Contacted trip and they themselves couldn’t contact them in time. According to the hotel, there should be an email from them with instructions and code. 2. Yes, I do love the concept of having no one to check in but at least leave like an ipad or a screen for guest to check and contact??? 3. Rooms were nice, blinds were automatic. Clean and have smart tv. They do have elevators thank god. Besides the ‘PIN number’ enter check in, its all good.
