I can not say enough good things about this place. Not only are they the nicest staff but the rooms are amazing clean smell clean and a very big note. TRIP booking is very ery either outdated or it's staff are the dullest. Twi e i have been booked at the wrong Hotel by Trip staff. This last time not only was ot wrong but the address to the hotel is listed wrong. I had such a terri le time with support getting a room correctly and charged correctly the Hotel Night Manager took my phone and had to get the situation correct be abuse the same thing over and o er was trying to happen with mind u no refunds no help and told I was ignorant a 3 hour wait for TRIP support to still not help fix the issue they created but it was now 3am. That manager not I ly got my room but gave me a free upgraded suite for all the trouble I had been caused not to mention the now mess they had since bookings were going to the wrong hotel under their name. It was a nightmare for the second but this Hotel and staff are by far the best I have ever had the pleasure to meet. THANK YOU SO MUCH. (FROM THE MIDNIGHT INDIANA DASHER going to sleep in parking lot.) You guys are Rock Stars

Gal at the desk was friendly but the overall cleanliness left a bit to be desired . Blanket a plunger and bag of trash were just sitting in the hallway . Rooms need some TLC with cleaning but it did the job for a one night stay

I feel that it’s a really good hotel beds are comfortable has stove and refrigerator it was very cleaned when I walked in only problem with the room always stayed cold the heat was not working at all try to switch me to another room an it just wasn’t what I expected like the room I was actually in was a bit of a mess so I just stayed in the other room just being cold and the thermostat doesn’t work either so hopefully they can get it fixed an do a better job with fixing things but after all good hotel you can wash your clothes but cost to dry them.

Baddie Baddie Staff!!
Everyone was utterly amazing while I was there! I wish I was better with names but the young man with red hair and a beard was super helpful and the young ladies who checked me out were absolutely fantastic.
The rooms were alittle dusty, so that definitely ****** and a few other minor issues with the room but overall.
It was nice to stay at and I’ll definitely be back.

Avoid this place at all costs.
The room was filthy. There were people hanging out in the halls and outside the buildings everywhere, smoking.
When I went to the front desk to ask for a refund, they told me they couldn't handle refunds on their end because I had booked it through Hotels dot com.
I called Hotels dot com and they said a refund had to be handled through the Hawthorn and that they were refusing to refund.
I called the hotel again and the woman said they don't have a policy of refunds and the woman fought with me for 20 minutes. Finally said she'd refer it to corporate. Still haven't heard anything.
Had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Unless you're on the run from the law, I'd avoid this place.

Room didn’t have everything we needed. Asked for towels and didn’t receive them. No pot for the coffee maker. Room looked like it had mold in the shower

This stay was booked last minute. We just needed a place to shower and rest from a trip. The staff is fabulous very nice, helpful and all around understanding. However the room needed a good cleaning the floors made our feet black. The counters sticky, shower curtains nasty and the TV in the bedroom had no wire to plug it in. We could live with the room for one night. However free breakfast is always a must when we book a hotel. It wasn't as big of a breakfast as if you stayed in a bigger place. They still had a good selection for what it was. However to anyone thinking about booking this hotel just know you must watch your food. DO NOT leave it unattended even to take care of your kid for just one second. They have people who will take the food when you turn around. They must be people living there but still it's very rude. I've never been to a hotel and had to guard a waffle maker or a plate.
