What a wonderful property in Lancaster which is perfect absolutely spotless accommodation undoubtedly one of the best around Lancaster in comparison to the rest of the properties available to rent in the local area if you’re visiting well worth a try .

We were very comfortable, the apartment was very clean and its location is excellent. The staff was kind and helpful. We really like this place, as a matter of fact ,we have been here more than once and will surely be again in the future. A quiet , relaxing place to stay.

Stylish very modern and in the city centre with shops and restaurants at the door step. The cleanliness is always 10/10. Great stay and great value for money. The apartment kitchen is fully equipped and coffee machine available. I’ve stayed 3 times and have always returned and never been disappointed

Lovely Apartments I found here, fully self catering and self contained with parking at rear, all which I like but not cheap but not terribly expensive either. I telephoned to make enquiries and a man answered all my queries, thank you, nice. I would use if I return again.

Stayed here over Xmas for a few nights away with work. Can’t fault this place at all. The location is absolutely perfect to venture into town for the bars and restaurants. The cleanliness was excellent, the staff were polite and helpful. The room was very quiet considering it location. Plenty of things to do around here, I had a quick trip to the Lake District which is just over 30mins up the motorway and the rest was done locally, had a great visit to the castle which is literally a 2mins walk up the road. Train station around the corner I noticed so next time I won’t drive and just get the train.

My family and I relocated to the UK for the first time from Canada. Following renting some Airbnbs and a hotel finally found Mr. Joe as the owner of this amazing serviced apartment in the heart of Lancaster. Since I needed neat and fully serviced accommodation near to the city center and my working place in the hospital with a fair price, this place had whatever we could consider the best for our long-term stay. Joe and the internal manager Mr. Bale did whatever one needs for a long stay. A fantastic front desk lady, pampered us like a close relative from the day first. Mr. Joe has a strong character and is a fair person. I definitely suggest this serviced hotel for a short or long stay as it has all facilities for cooking and laundry at a fair price in the strata.
