UUtente ospiteThe room was very clean and neat. We stayed in a two bed room. The mattress was very comfortable, not too soft or firm. There were enough pillows for comfort. The tv wasn't too big and had decent channels. There was a small microwave, fridge, and Keurig with coffee pods. The A/C unit hung on the wall. My only complaint was trying to figure out how to work it, as there was no instructions. It was also very loud. Breakfast was included, and all I can say is ”yum”! The waffle mix was delicious, as was the sausage gravy and biscuits. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for such a clean, friendly motel.

UUtente ospiteLa nostra famiglia ha prenotato un soggiorno nell'aprile 2023, quindi è stato naturale prenotare questo posto per il nostro viaggio di Aprile 2024. Siamo stati delusi nella condizione della stanza perché entrambe le porte della serratura sono state forse rotte dall'occupante precedente. Le foto raccontano la storia e il desk front. L'altra questione riguarda il rumore in alto nella pista di viaggio di bambini non sorvegliati che vanno o vengono dalla piscina circa le 8:45.

UUtente ospiteIo e mio marito abbiamo celebrato il nostro 25° anniversario e non potevamo essere più felici.Il servizio e il caldo saluto che abbiamo ricevuto quando siamo arrivati erano eccellenti. Il personale ci parlava come se ci conoscessero per anni e che ciò che ci faceva valere la pena di stare lì. Ogni volta che partissimo o arrivassimo, ci parlavano, e chiesero anche l’ora del giorno. La stanza era molto pulita e in buone condizioni. Abbiamo avuto molte toletta e tessuto quando siamo arrivati. L'intera struttura era molto pulita e il colazione era eccellente. Raccomando davvero questo hotel a chiunque stia cercando un posto che è a casa lontano da casa vive. Ci saremo di nuovo!

UUtente ospiteLa stanza era pulita e temperata. La cosa eccezionale era il letto... molto comodo. Firma, ma inclinata. E le mutandine erano molto comode anche, se un po' piccolo. La nostra unica piccola denuncia era che la stanza aveva un odore come i tappeti erano stati recentemente puliti ma non esaltati; ma, ancora, dormivamo bene, la stanza aveva un sacco di asciugamani e acqua calda, buon caffè nella stanza, una microonde, frigo, le cose abituali. Il loro colazione era anche molto buono, con ovo strappato eccellente, il salsa era ben cotto (non come altri posti in cui siamo stati), e ci piacevano soprattutto le waffle che provano il cioccolato. Il caffè era anche buono. Credo che avremmo dato all'esperienza generale una valutazione ”eccellente” eccezionale per l'odore della stanza... una condizione che sono sicuro sarà facilmente corretta.

LLlora QueenieGreat Stay – Better Than Expected! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Lancaster, PA and had a really good experience. Nothing over-the-top fancy, but everything was solid and definitely better than we expected. Do not expect much on the breakfast but it was fine and will definitely fill your tummies!
The location is great – close to restaurants, shops, and local spots, which made getting around super easy. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the whole place felt well-kept.
Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. We also liked the facilities – especially the gym and pool – both were clean and not too crowded.
One thing we really appreciated was the easy mobile check-out. Super convenient and saved us time in the morning – no need to wait in line.
Overall, a smooth, hassle-free stay. Would definitely consider coming back if we're in the area again!

HHuntSueThe rooms were much smaller and the bed was not the size advertised. The coffee shop was horrible! It took us 20 minutes to get 3 coffees, the lids didn't fit and the cups were so cheap that the one cup just about disintegrated and the coffee split all over my husband and our car. The attendant was pretty clueless and did not know how to work the register. The indoor pool area was nice, but the water was freezing and like most places there is not enough seating to place your belongings down. Given this carries the Cartoon Network name, we expected there to be better quality! It was basically a cleaned up Motel using the Cartoon Network name to draw in business.

UUtente ospiteThe receptionist was friendly and explain everything to us. When we open the room door we smell a bad odor( like the room was closed for a long time and no body opened the window to have a fresh air) the building and the rooms needs an update, it’s old, specially the mattress, my brother in law didn’t sleep well and had a back pain because of the mattress.
The breakfast was ok,( toast, coffee, milk and juice)
They should upgrade the rooms.
