Staff were nice as usual. Food was good value for money. Purple lights not working in my room and when I reported to staff, they are going to get maintenance to sort it. WiFi is dreadful because it doesn't support any Microsoft app or any search engine. Had to use my very limited mobile data for an important meeting which was about 2 hours long.

We regularly stay in the Premier Inn Central Preston as it is so convenient for everything we want to do. The rooms are excellent, with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and good facilities. The staff are always excellent, so friendly but efficient; breakfast is great and sets you up for the day. I fully recommend this hotel.

I don’t know why they just don’t get a few robots and get rid of the humans, as it all seems to be “ do it yourself “ these days. The next thing will be make your own beds! They should rename themselves ‘ Basic Inn’. What they charge for their rooms is daylight robbery. Trying to find the entrance is a challenge and then trying to find reception is the next challenge.

Had a great stay at Preston central Premier Inn. We were really impressed by the excellent customer service provided by Mikey, Ismail and Phoenix who went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Very clean rooms and handy location. Highly recommended.

This hotel is the best hotel ever we have nice staff like Mikey ,kev,Philip , Aleex and Sue. I have stayed here lots I love coming back to see the staff they are the best ever. They make every stay fun are always friendly and helpful and I’m such a regular customer. All I wanted for my birthday was to come and stay here from Ruby age 10 nearly 11
