Hotel in zona Lopa Beach, Lanai

Molte coppie di amici della scuola superiore incontrano ogni anno per vedere SuperBowl.Quest'anno abbiamo scelto Lanai, quattro stagioni. Migliore scelta. Inizia a finire, facile da prenotare voli da tutto il paese. Viviamo a Chicago, voli diretti a Honolulu, poi veloce volo di passaggio a Lanai. Facile da prenotare voli, Est a Book Hotel. Al arrivo di trattamento di prima classe dall'aeroporto di Lanai al Resort. Grande stanza, grande proprietà. Grandi servizi. La più bella flora e fauna di qualsiasi risorsa. Ci svegliamo ogni giorno e facemmo il risalto del sole a Sweetheart Rock. Fai il tiroteo alle Clays Sportive, faceva la spiaggia, le piscine. Aveva buoni colazione ogni giorno. L'Osservatorio ha guardato le stelle con un telescopio incredibile, ha guidato le quattro ruote verso le Cliff con gli antichi petroglifi hawaiani, era una vacanza di gioia con Jam Packed, ora per ora, qualcosa da fare. E, naturalmente, quando ci sedevamo nella piscina in una cabina privata con vista sugli oceani, era molto bello e rilassante con servizio second a non. Eravamo con altri cinque coppie, quindi ci siamo trasferiti come un'udienza di turisti in alcuni casi e siamo stati felici di noi stessi in altre occasioni e il resort e le molte persone fitte che ci hanno aiutato erano molto accoglienti. Così buono. - Il miglior hotel. È spazioso, la piscina, le passeggiate sono buone. Il bagno doveva essere prenotato, ci sono stati molti animali e ... divertente. Potrei giocare tutto il giorno in hotel. Il villaggio di Outlet Wales è anche vicino. Sembra essere il migliore.

Il Kanapali Beach Hotel è situato nel centro della zona di Kanapali. Fornisce un centro di attività dove si possono affittare sedie da salón e ombrello per la spiaggia. Ci sono una tassa per questo servizio. La piscina è piccola ma la maggior parte delle persone vanno alla spiaggia comunque. Tutti i membri del personale sono amichevoli e benvenuti.

Mi piacevano le camere spaziose con un senso classico, ma non c'era nessuna pulizia del pavimento, quindi dovevo indossare le scarpe.. La parte di pulizia era così sfortunata. Tuttavia, la piscina e il bar caffè mattina sono stati così impressionati. È anche un vantaggio per questo hotel avere una bella spiaggia vicino. Non lo avrò di nuovo, ma la prossima volta voglio andare in un posto proprio davanti alla spiaggia reale! ㅎㅎ La vista dalla stanza era bella e bella.

RE: RES#508982 and 508982. The purpose of this letter is to review our status with Vistana and to offer our review of the treatment we received on our last stay. These bookings were discussed with Vistana Owner Services and were supposed to provide for contiguous rooms. Instead, my family was forced to move on the second day. For two days we were held hostage by South management and could not enjoy our vacation. The attitude was that our bookings were not as important as someone coming into the facility on a rental or exchange basis. Instead of an ocean view deluxe we were placed in rooms overlooking the parking lot in Bldg 3 and the kiddy pool in building 2. As Platinum members we pay maintenance fees on deluxe ocean view and in my last two stays we were in lesser quarters. We have considered that since the take over by Marriott, our status no longer exists. As Platinum members we were able to check in early and check out late. That no longer exists under Marriott. Receiving Platinum status required a significant outlay of money for additional time shares. While we use them extensively, it is money poorly spent when Marriott can change the rules at their sole discretion. In the 19 years we have been coming to Maui we have watched the quality of service and amenities being degraded and benefits removed from our status. Specific areas where the quality of service has been affected. We voiced our complaint to one manager (Sabrina) and she indicated she would handle the situation. Upon checking back with the front desk we were told that Sabrina was not available so we were met by Julie who indicated that she would expedite the cleaning and move to building 2. THEN she was not available and we were serviced by one of the front desk personnel. It took over four hours to get into our new room. The lack of a quality restaurant (Pelihu) also demeans the characterization of a “luxury” resort. Relying on Auntie’s Kitchen and Pailolo for meals is definitely not luxury amenities. Also, your prices have gone out sight for basic food. In our first room, 3313/15, many basic kitchen supplies have been removed leaving empty cupboards. There was no wine bottle opener in the room and we had to go to the bar to get it opened. In 2110 there was no frying pan available and we had to borrow one from 2108. Housekeeping took over 40 minutes to deliver one to 2110. It is doubtful we will ever return to Westin Ka'anapali. It's character has changed from a luxury resort to a Motel 6.
