This place is AMAZING! Love the boutique feel. In terms of the staff, you see the same faces and they get to know you too. You get the same table every day for breakfast/dinner so it really feels like it's "reserved" for you. I'm a huge foodie so am usually unimpressed by hotel food, but this place's food was truly amazing - not one thing disappointed. Looked forward to both breakfast and dinner every day. The saunas are an absolute MUST here too! They do a great job with hosting events. Marlengo is such a cute town with the apple orchards but trust me, you'll barely want to leave the property.

There are no perfect hotels..I have news for you, I found one.. everything 10 out of 10.. incredible food and service..the staff is smiling and enjoys their job...we where pampered during our stay, beautiful wellness with the best massage ever....gardens, stunning view, 2 pools, charming owner who walks all day around making sure everyone is happy...so when you need to relax and charge the batteries THIS IS THE PLACE!

This was our second stay at the hotel and it was definitely as good as our first one. The hotel is wonderful with helpful staff, amazing food and beautiful large rooms. Merano is a very pretty town, great for shopping and eating. There are wonderful cycle rides in the area with views of the mountains and river, as well as lovely walks. A great week's holiday!

Excellent overall experience, really helpful staff in combination with beautiful rooms / views as well as excellent food. The various pools help to distribute the guests and allows for a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Great location, especially for daytrips / hikes or shopping in Meran

Giardino Marling is quite a small hotel set on the side of a hill overlooking Merano. We spent 9 nights there in October with our 2 children aged 16 and 17. It is one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in. Everything about the hotel was perfect, from the beautiful rooms we had overlooking Merano, to the amazing food we ate in the restaurant. The hotel has a stunning swimming pool and Jacuzzi on its roof where you can sit and watch the lights appear in the town below in the evening. The staff are all lovely too and very helpful, especially Jana who was our waitress for the week. There are lots of activities in the area such as walking, biking or E-biking (the hotel provides both free) and the very sophisticated towns of Merano and Bolzano to visit. Thank you to all the staff at this fantastic hotel. We will definitely return.

Der Titel sagt eigentlich alles… wenn man nach dem tollen Aufenthalt im Giardino gleich wieder fürs nächste Jahr bucht, und dies seit vielen Jahren, dann muss eigentlich klar sein, dass einem hier die perfekte Oase für Erholung und Genuss erwartet! Frau Klammer führt ihr Hotel mit grosser Hingabe und dem ehrlichen Bedürfnis, den Gast in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen. Hier schaltet man ab und geniesst in vollen Zügen. Man wird verwöhnt und für Wünsche haben die Mitarbeiter:innen stets ein offenes Ohr. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, die Aussicht auf Meran und Umgebung phantastisch. Kulinarisch, sowohl morgens wie abends, ein Genuss für den Gaumen. Wenn es das Wetter erlaubt, sitzt man zum essen auf der wunderbaren Terrasse. Tolle Ausflüge sind möglich, nach Wunsch auch mit E-Bikes, die kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Alle Mitarbeiter:innen, egal aus welchem Bereich, sind enorm freundlich. Ein Ort, der im Herzen verweilt und wo man die Seele baumeln lassen kann.

Das von Frau Klammner angeführte Team tut alles, damit sich der Gast erholen kann und sich wohlfühlt. Vom herzlichen Empfang, tolles aufmerksames Service, Mikka als bereichernder Sommelier, im Spa Ivett und Max sowie die Aufgüsse auf einem sehr hohem Niveau sind. Die Küche liefert jeden Tag neue Menüs und gerade die Patissiere ist eine Wucht. Ich kann das Giardino bestens empfehlen.

Ein ganz tolles familiengeführtes Hotel mit einem wahnsinnigen Blick auf Meran. Die Liebe zum Detail erkennt man im ganzen Hause. Frau Ulrike Klausner mit Ihrem gesamten Team verstreuen ein familiäres Ambiente und erfüllen mit einer natürlichen Freundlichkeit dem Gast jeden Wunsch.

Ein sehr schönes, wunderbar gelegenes Luxushotel der absoluten Spitzenklasse. Man bemerkt sofort dass es sich um ein inhabergeführtes Haus handelt das sich mit der Liebe für Details deutlich von den Kettenhäusern unterscheidet. Alle Details hier auszuführen würde zu weit führen. Deshalb: Buchen und ausprobieren.
