"Letto molto morbido, le zampe in mezzo, la porta chiusa durante il giorno, ma il cibo nel ristorante era meglio della media, a meno che l'ordine non fosse corretto."

"I am so disappointed to be writing this, but the hotel has lost its warming atmosphere (the day I visited anyway) I was meeting family for coffee on the terrace, upon entering the reception the doors where shut making the hotel seem closed off and unwelcoming. The doors always used to be open where you could be seen and greeted warmly by staff. As I entered the bar area the first thing my eye caught was at 10am the bar area shutters where still down and lights off, rather uninviting. The carpet also in the area had definitely not been hoovered for a couple days, crumbs, mud and hair where present and looked messy. Lovely waitress came out to the terrace and said when ready to order come to the bar, so i did, the bar was still closed at 10.30 and no one in sight so went to the front desk, I could hear staff talking behind the closed doors to the office. Rang bell twice before anyone came (despite knowing they were right there), once a staff member (older blond lady) came out I asked to order and she said she will send someone over to take our order then shut the doors again... had our order taken by a lovely lady with blue hair, once orders arrived they where lovely, I then wanted to pay 11.30am and the bar area was still shut up and still no lighting. Found a waitress and paid for our coffees, I paid at the side of a shut up bar with no lights on, definitely not the welcoming atmosphere this place used to have in previous years. No fault to the staff but definitely a lack of attention to detail and managerial supervison. Due to all this I decided we weren't coming back for dinner as originally planned by family and went to the Ty Glyn instead, which is a shame for yourselves as I have happily eaten and supported there in the past. I hope these oversight are looked into and sorted."

"Abbiamo viaggiato a Lampeter per il Campionato di Rowing Indoor Welsh, dove abbiamo bisogno di un posto vicino all'evento e non troppo lontano dalle strutture locali. Non lasciare che la foto di me dalla porta del dormitorio ti tolga ... Sono oltre 6ft 4in e il resto del B&B è 'alta persona' amichevole ... volevo aggiungere la foto per mostrare la sua lussureggianza. L'ho amato! Le camere sono calde, tranquille e ben attrezzate. Il proprietario ci ha accolti con favore e quando abbiamo detto che ci andavamo a prendere una tavola, ci stavano preparando una tavola e ci davano piatti e occhiali. A MUSSI VISITARE LA ZONE e noi restiamo di nuovo quando ci visita.Grazie."

"Era un posto meraviglioso, e mia moglie non aveva mai fatto il grilletto prima che ci fosse una nuova esperienza, quindi non sapeva cosa aspettarsi. Quando siamo arrivati prima, siamo stati accolti da Chris e Carol era un bellissimo benvenuto. Ci hanno mostrato all'accoglienza che eravamo nella vista della fauna era una vista stupenda sull'area circostante che era incantevole. Poi siamo entrati nella foto della cabina non ha fatto giustizia il dettaglio era bella le luci e i mobili e tutte le piccole cose come il puzzle e libri c'era un sacco di carattere e pensiero era andato in tutto . Dopo aver sconfezionato, siamo entrati nel tubo caldo che era caldo all'arrivo e guardato il sole scendere, era magico. Poi passarono il resto della notte a coprirsi dal fuoco.Il letto era comodo e il calore dal bruciatore del registro ci teneva caldi, anche se la notte aveva tre notti sorprendenti qui. Molto consigliato inizialmente andò a fuggire dallo stress dal lavoro e andò a sentirsi rilassato.Grazie ancora una volta Carol e Chris si sono incontrati bene entrambi e non possono aspettare di tornare"
