Worendo Cottages

We stayed in the wild lime cottage. The view was amazing. It was so peaceful. The air was so fresh. The cottage was perfect for a couple. Being an ex chef the kitchen was a dream to cook in. We had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend it. We will definitely be back again.

It is a very peaceful and wonderful place to spend days with your loved ones. We stayed at the Treehouse and couldn't be happier. The kids loved everything, especially the animal feeding and the marshmallows :) Nathan is a great host and very helpful and kind anytime we needed. Would recommend this place and will come back for sure.

We enjoyed a lovely relaxing time here. Cottage was clean tidy modern with all amenities needed. Views were stunning and in a great location . Enjoyable for couples or families with animal feeding and free activities to use Having the firepit and roasting Marshmallows was a highlight ! Nathan was always available and on hand if anything needed Would definitely recommend a stay here

Our family of five had a wonderful two night stay at Worendo Cottages during the school holidays. It was so nice to escape the city and enjoy the spectacular scenery and landscape. Nathan our host was very helpful and informative about the local area and activities. Highlight for the children - animal feeding, fire pit, scootering around the property on the many gravel roads, lawn games (and a great selection of DVD's for the kiddies!) The Barcoo cottage was well equipped and larger than I expected, well appointed and great heating for the colder evenings. Highlight for the parents - wine around the fire, limited phone reception (yes, thats a plus for us!) and lots to explore during the day. Lamington Park, not far.

Worendo is heaven on earth. We absolutely love it. We have been back twice in 5 weeks with our young family. The kids had the time of their lives and we had a real opportunity to disconnect and relax! We have stayed in the Cottage and Homestead and both are beautiful and so well equipped. Everything you need and beautiful views from both. We particularly love waking up to the sheep.

Our family of five stayed comfortably in one cottage and our friends (also family of five) stayed in the cottage right beside us just 30 metres away. It has been a very comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time outdoors, hiking, playing in the open space/lawn. There was also animal feeding, very special for the children. :) The sunrise and sunset is spectacular. You could hike along the ridge right outside the cottage, we love that. Nathan was very helpful, giving us recommendation of activities in the area. I totally recommend this place for a nice getaway from the city!
