living room kitchen area ok, horrible lighting, main bedroom gross, beds hard and creaky, gap in rain gutter dripped on bedroom window ac unit all night, crappy sleep and hurting back, peeling paint under eaves, dirty doors and entry, cobwebs etc we won’t be back
