The property is tucked back into a quiet cove that is ideal for kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, swimming and relaxing on a float right off the dock. It is less than a minute boat ride from the main channel which provides quick and easy access to the open water, where you can enjoy waterskiing, wakeboarding, wake surfing, tubing and much more! Relax while having a drink over the water at the dock bar which is equipped with a refrigerator and bar stools. There are several boat rental companies nearby making it easy and convenient to rent a boat and/or jet skis for use during your stay. The dock has enough room to accommodate two boats as well as a couple of jet skis during your visit. In addition to the dock, this property has large stone steps into the lake that provide direct and easy access. Six adult kayaks, two youth kayaks, two paddleboards, as well as numerous floats are available for your use during your stay. Life jackets of all sizes are also provided for your convenience and safety. The property also has a very large stone firepit overlooking the lake with ample seating for enjoying the view of the lake and making smores and other goodies over a wood fire. The home also has a large deck with ample comfortable seating areas and a gas grill, as well as two screened porches offering picturesque views of the lake. The backyard is large and fenced in, making it ideal for playing outdoor games with the kids or relaxing in the hammock. Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen that has everything that you need to prepare your meals, as well as a cozy living room with a gas fireplace to relax by. The property is situated in a quiet area, but less than five minutes from Publix, restaurants, and shopping. A pack and play and sheets are also available for your little ones. Take your boat to one of several nearby lakefront restaurants to eat dinner and take in a spectacular sunset. In addition to being steps away from jumping in Lake Norman, Lulu’s Landing is close to many other popular North Carolina attractions. It is only 30 minutes from Uptown Charlotte so enjoy everything the Queen City has to offer while you visit, including the Spectrum Center, Bank of America Stadium, Blumenthal Theatre, Carowinds, NASCAR Hall of Fame and much more! In addition, it is close to the foothills and mountains where you can enjoy the fall colors, hiking, skiing and everything else that the mountain communities have to offer!
