Centrally located home, 15 min from Downtown, Airport and Raymond James Stadium, 8 min from Zoo Tampa, Bush Gardens, Malls & restaurants. Enjoy the heated pool, the private beach, the outdoor bar & kitchen, Pickleball, Cornhole, luxury Foosball & Pool table. Trendy house, and has everything you need even two refrigerators. Primary bedroom is completely private with its own bathroom. Everything you need!About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:-No Animals ($100 pet fee, per pet, per night)
-No smokers or smoking/Vaping/Candle/incense burning of any kind (up to $500 fee)..-All adult guests must be registered (Full names/Emails) to reservations within 24 hours of confirmed booking.

Great backyard
We enjoyed the property Our complaint was the cleanliness of the pool It was very dirty and we tried to clean before our kids could swim in it

Wonderful! Hope to stay again!
Great communication before, during, and at the end of our stay. The property is located in a clean, safe neighborhood and the house and yard were spotless upon our arrival. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and easy. There is plenty to do for a group of kids (or adults) who love to have fun. The heated pool was a nighttime favorite, and everyone also enjoyed playing pool and foosball inside. Plenty of room for everyone as well! Highly recommend!

Great stay in Tampa
Great stay in Tampa for our large family. Pool heater was turned on upon request and kids had a blast in the warm water.

Great place
The house is great. Perfect layout for our group. The host was so kind to turn the heat on in the pool for our group from Michigan to swim. It was wonderful. Very easy to communicate with the host as well.

Family Stay
Overall we enjoyed our stay but we were a little disappointed at the cleanliness of the property when we arrived. We were also a little disappointed in the lack of bath towels since we had a larger group. There were no pillow cases on the kids beds and there was also no pack and play sheet. At the end of the day we made it work but with some of those extra things it would have made the experience perfection.

Good place for a big family
I would have given it a 5 star if not for the lack of water pressure in the master bathroom shower. It literally was a trickle. Everything else about the house was perfect.

Bachelor Party Tampa Bay
Harry was a great host. Courteous, attentive, responsive, and more. Would highly recommend renting from him. Rented during a hurricane which made the fence fall and he was there to fix it and restore the property to what was expected the next day. We only missed a couple hours in the pool if that. A+++
