Fully renovated, Private and Large, 2Bd/2Ba Villa, with all modern furniture, comfy bed and plush pillows. Approximately 8 miles from island, with simple drive down McCulloch Blvd.

🚤 MB- ensuite renovated walk in shower, lighted LED vanity mirror.
🚤 Bd 2- Private entrance, queen Bd, walk in closet.
🚤 Bath 2- Renovated walk in shower, lighted LED vanity mirror.
🚤 LR- Open floor plan connected to kitchen and eating area, updated, modern furniture with 82" 4K smart TV.
🚤 Kitchen- Updated, modern and fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials inc. pots, pans, rice maker, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, condiments, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, range/oven/, single tub sink.
🚤 Garage- minimum 2+ car deep garage, with remote for full access during your stay, also includes additional driveway parking, with additional refrigerator.
🚤 Washer and dryer located in the garage with soap and dryer sheets for you use.
🚤 Private large backyard with grotto covered patio and large 7 person Hot Tub.
🚤 Private, gated, large 60' x 15" boat parking, video monitored, secure, level concrete with 50 AMP, dump and water.

Clean and comfortable
The house was clean, comfortable, and just as described. It was great to relax in the indoor hot tub. Great communication from host and they were very nice. We will definitely stay again.

Nice place
Clean and tidy, just as described. Close to yummy coffee shop and to all of the Lake's attractions. Would stay here again if in the area.

If you are coming here, it's a great spot!
To be honest, this city in early September is almost impossible to enjoy! This property gave us the retreat we needed. Cool, clean and perfect for us.

Peaceful escape
The property was beautiful and very welcoming. The hosts were very quick with communication and made the check in and out process very simple, beds were comfortable and the outdoor seating and lighting was serene after a dip in the jacuzzi. We will be back. Thank you for everything!

Excellent home
This was our first time visiting lake havasu city and we enjoyed our stay here! The check-in process was super easy and the home was perfect for us and another couple. The home was extremely clean and is well stocked with everything you would need. We enjoyed the outdoor space in the back and would hangout and drink our coffee there in the mornings. The neighborhood is quiet and safe located about 5 minutes up the hill from the London bridge area. Definitely recommend this home if you're looking for a place in Havasu.

Anniversary Getaway
The property was as presented. Very spacious and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed checking out the evening stars. We don't see stars like that in the desert of Las Vegas? Communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend At Bernie’s
This property worked for us perfectly! Flat trailer parking on side with access to garage made our stay even better. Updated living accommodations, beds comfortable, and the hot tub and outdoor living space was wonderful.
