Behind your private backyard pool is the Arizona desert with breath taking mountain views, not another neighbor! You are within walking distance to SARA park’s 2-acre dog park and its large network of hiking and biking trails. Within a mile are the baseball/softball fields, rodeo grounds, shooting range, speedway, and off-road trails.
The new Riviera boat ramp is just a 5-minute drive away.
The home is furnished with your comfort and convenience in mind. Central air conditioning and heating is complimented with ceiling fans for each and every room. The outdoor amenities include a private heated pool, shaded outdoor dining, Kamado Joe charcoal grill, fire pit, and ample parking for all your toys.
So, what are you waiting for? Your oasis in the desert is waiting for you. Our location offers the best of what Lake Havasu has to offer!
Note: Heating for the pool is only offered during Oct - April for an extra $30.00 per day. The temperature will be between 76-88 degrees depending on weather conditions.

Great House
Home was spotless, host thought of everything to make your visit comfortable. Had a separate area for my young adult children. We all had an awesome time!

What a view
Great set up for sleeping. Open spaces for fun time games. Everything we needed.
We loved getting up at sunrise and watching the mountains warm up to the light. Easy access to stores and restaurants. Lots of room for parking.
Definitely booking again.
