Nice hotel. Clean, big rooms. Breakfast was great, but the hotel lacked in cleanliness at the pool area as well as inside the pool. TONS of hair all around the pool room floor as well as floating in the pool. Honestly, it was disappointing to see that the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks if not months. The cake topper was the older gal (mid to late 60s/70) we encountered in the afternoon. Lady shouldn't be working in customer service. She was rude & not friendly to my child who was simply asking a question. In return she told her she has no time. Then we wanted to watch the Packer game in the social area which we were told YES the day pior & we got the game on yet the older gal puts it at a level 3 & me at 40 can barely hear the competitor's!! What a crock! Needless to say, she ruined our stay. We'll try a different hotel next time we're in town. Overall, it was not worth the $505 bill.

My husband and I spent two nights at this hotel. We were warmly greeted by the staff. Our room was CLEAN! The complimentary breakfast was tasty. The location was convenient to all the area attractions. We were in a room on the 2nd floor near the elevator. It was quiet and relaxing. Bed was comfortable. We would 100% stay here again. Great experience. I cannot stress enough how clean the entire hotel was.

The cleaning staff was amazing, the pool was decently clean but there were signs of wear. The breakfast wasn't very good, on the lower end of free breakfasts for hotels. The Front desk staff was basically non-existent, left the previous check-in person's information on the screen when we started to check-in. The keycards to get in stopped working before check-out time. One of our rooms keycard stopped working the day before checkout and the other room the keycard failed for the rooms at least sometime before 8 AM on checkout day, we were lucky we left someone in the room when we were loading the car. Toilet flush would make noises in the shower and it just felt like the rooms were poorly constructed. It is a nice stay right now, and the price is good, the room cleaning staff did a wonderful amazing job, I cannot give them enough compliments, the beds were very comfy and everything worked well now. I just fear that as time goes on things will break and won't be fixed, (there was a very large chip in our tub) but while things are relatively new it should be a good place to stay for someone wanting to explore the Wisconsin Dells.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole a LaQuinta Lake Delton/WI Dells. Sperimentiamo il servizio clienti per capre. La struttura era solo 2 anni quando ci siamo fermati, e offre un'atmosfera moderna. Il colazione incluso era delizioso e completo. La piscina a pressione dell'impianto era spaziosa e sufficiente per la dimensione della piscina. Il patio ha offerto un moderno posto in fiamme 24/7, e anche una griglia a gas (che non abbiamo usato). Solo una slitta in alto - la nostra stanza non era pulita quando siamo entrati, quindi siamo stati rilasciati una stanza diversa. Prezzi ragionevoli per la qualità, la pulizia e le strutture incluse. Si consiglia di trovare questa posizione LaQuinta Inn & Suites.

The Front desk staff was basically non-existent, left the previous check-in person's information on the screen when we started to check-in. The keycards to get in stopped working before check-out time. One of our rooms keycard stopped working the day before checkout and the other room the keycard failed for the rooms at least sometime before 8 AM on checkout day, we were lucky we left someone in the room when we were loading the car. Toilet flush would make noises in the shower and it just felt like the rooms were poorly constructed. It is a nice stay right now, and the price is good, the room cleaning staff did a wonderful amazing job, I cannot give them enough compliments, the beds were very comfy and everything worked well now. I just fear that as time goes on things will break and won't be fixed, (there was a very large chip in our tub) but while things are relatively new it should be a good place to stay for someone wanting to explore the Wisconsin Dells.

Nnaannes67Nice hotel. Had a very fast check in. We went Saturday on Labor Day weekend. Expected prices to be very high and chose Clarion as it was the cheapest. (And still had vacancies) plus, Priced sensibly. Our key didn't work but maintenance was walking buy, tried it and immediately fixed the lock. We were pleasantly surprised. While we didn't use the pools, they were very clean and not crowded. The room and bath were very clean and comfortable. Had what they called a pool view but were very happy that we actually had a very nice quiet courtyard view with a walk out porch. (We could see the pool across the courtyard). We didn't eat at their restaurant so I can't review that or the room service. Close to a lot of restaurants and activities but slightly away from the Dels
