Be prepared to pay to park. It’s $15 a night. We stayed in the cozy room with a couple of bunk beds for kids. My child found numerous things left behind in the bed from a previous person. The carpet had stains and the pull out bed was broken. The queen bed sunk in the middle.
The restaurant the lodge wasn’t good. We paid 20% gratuities for mediocre service. The steak I received was half raw half medium. It wasn’t busy either.
The pool closes at 8. The water was luke warm. You can only use the pool towels in that area or you will be charged $15 per towel. The kids and I were freezing walking back to our room.
The activities were nice but very short.
Overall, I wouldn’t stay again.

It took awhile to check in, which I know can happen. We had a difficult time understanding the lady at the counter, however she was nice.

Awesome place to stay with the kids. Next time will get a condo as they have a full kitchen.

Dirty diaper and trash left outside our room on deck when we checked in. I through it away. No one came to clean our room either.

It was definitely a great time with my 1 year old child. He absolutely loved the kids activities and the place was exactly for him. If you are going to go make sure you take children because its more of a family & childrens place. Dinning areas are so close just like a few minutes walking and good shopping area an outlet mall next to it. Staff was very nice and helpful with everything. Pools are clean and water slides are fun as well. Overall, i definitely recommend bring my child again later in time.

Me and my family loved our stay here. The water park was a blast. Didn’t have to deal with staff hardly at all but the ones I did were all friendly.

Very clean, very friendly staff. We enjoyed the massive water park, the arcade, and the food. We never had to leave because everything we needed was right here, there was even a dance party in the lobby for the kids in the evening hours.

I didn't like the late check-in hour and very early checkout, ridiculous. No teens activities, pool duty ans small, super duty old carpet in room, mattress very bad....never going back.

More modest than Kalahari, but for just a quick get-a-way for mama & my young children it was perfect.
The hotel plans activities all-day for kids up to ~10 years old, including a scavenger hunt & a dance party with foam snow & live music!
Beds are VERY comfortable, everything is clean. Beautifully decorated.
