The Perch - Luxury House on the Lake

This luxury vacation home sleeps up to 12 and features 150 feet of lakefront! The Private covered electric boat dock can accommodate 2 boats. This split level house has 2 bedrooms upstairs with amazing lake and island views, and a bunkie downstairs. The bunkie sleeps 8 with 4 full size beds and plenty of drawer and closet storage. There is room for 5 cars. The dock includes a diving board and the bay is perfect for all watersports. The outdoor space is amazing with lounge seating, a dining area and umbrella's. Enjoy the outdoor heaters, BBQ and fireplace while you watch the sunset over the mountains. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, microwave, cooktop with griddle and dishwasher. It is stocked with ample cookware, plates, cups, glasses and silverware, sheets, pillows and towels. Clearlake has boat up bars, restaurants and casinos and is the largest natural lake in California. There are over 10 wineries, a state park and plenty of hiking trails.
