Abbiamo trascorso un fantastico soggiorno di tre notti! La nostra camera era spaziosa con una piccola area salotto. Il bagno ha un'area separata per truccarsi mentre qualcuno sta facendo la doccia, un grande vantaggio.
Splendida area piscina e bar per rilassarsi tra una giornata al parco e l'altra.
Personale molto disponibile e cordiale.
Tornerò tra una settimana!

It was just okay. Not impressed and would recommend staying somewhere else.
Sono stata 4 notti ad agosto 2022 in questo albergo con la mia famiglia. Inizio con il dire che l'albergo si trova vicinissimo a disney springs raggiungibile anche a piedi. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile ma le note positive qui finiscono. L'albergo è vicinissimo all'autostrada pertanto il rumore del traffico è fortissimo nonostante noi fossimo all'ultimo piano il 17esimo. Purtroppo non è l'unico rumore perché l'aria condizionata è rumorosissima (insopportabile)Proprio per questo abbiamo dovuto chiedere dopo la seconda notte insonne il cambio stanza. Il personale è stato molto gentile e subito si sono prodigati per cambiarcela, ci hanno spostato al 16esimo piano lato opposto. Purtroppo la situazione è cambiata di poco. Ci siamo pertanto arresi a dover dormire con un rumore così forte che nemmeno i tappi alle orecchie hanno tolto. Altra nota dolente è che la wifi nella seconda stanza NON funzionava e purtroppo non hanno potuto fare nulla. Infine per quanto riguarda la pulizia direi mediocre, i letti rifatti alla bella e buona ma sarebbe il minimo, non passano l'aspirapolvere, al nostro ritorno dopo la giornata ai parchi a terra c'erano rimasti dei pezzetti di carta che erano caduti. Non ci tornerei e non lo consiglierei. Mi dispiace solo per la gentilezza dei dipendenti che è super.

Hotel molto curato e particolare. Staff cortese e disponibile, educato e professionale. Camera pulita e confortevole. In particolare chad valet ha saputo aiutarci al meglio nonostante non conoscesse la nostra lingua. Uno di quei posti in cui torneresti!

In town for a conference. The hotel is recently renovated and the facility is in great shape! The person that checked me in was Ayesha and she was so kind and helpful. The bartender, Karren, In the American Kitchen was great! He was attentive and provided great offsite recommendations. And if you go- try the fried saltines with the pimento cheese!

I’ve stayed here a few years ago when it was B Resort so I knew this property would be fine for my needs. I had a 3 night stay and was out of the room before 11AM each day and returned after 10PM. I never had the need to visit the restaurant, lounge or shops. It was chilly so I didn’t use the pool (never saw anyone else there either). Pros - location, comfortable room and bed, attractive decor. Cons - housekeeping failed to service my room the first day, I called the front desk to ask what should have been included and was told “light service” which meant towels refreshed as well as replacement of other amenities (coffee, toilet paper, etc). I explained that did not occur and was asked if I would like full housekeeping the next day. I said “yes”. I had two beds in the room and was solo so it I still had a fresh bed and 2 clean bath towels to use. Returned the second night at 11PM only to find my room still had not been serviced. I was a bit peeved, but phoned the front desk to report this. Eventually Jessica agreed it was indeed noted for my room to receive full service. She offered to deliver anything I needed (I didn’t, it was late and I wanted to go to bed) so she offered to remove the resort fees )$50/day) which I agreed was a fair resolution. Although satisfied, it does concern me that there is clearly a lack of communication between departments. I’m sure they can correct that. One other issue I discovered was despite paying $28/day for self parking their lots were not key controlled. Simply pull up to gate (entrances and exits both) and gate automatically opens.

Great location, room and facilities. Donna at the front desk was Awesome! Super helpful. Karren, the bartender in American Kitchen was great too! Makes a good Old Fashioned. Clpse to Disney Springs and several restaurants. I would book again next time I' am in Orlando.

Absolutely loved this hotel! My son and I really enjoyed the ground-floor cabana rooms with our own patio next to the pool. The staff were super friendly (special shout out to Gisell and her team at front desk and Ramon in the restaurant!). Also loved the hotel’s interior and exterior decoration, modern yet comfortable. The lobby has a lot of space to relax, complete with a full library of books, magazines and newspapers plus charging stations for computers and cell phones. Definitely the best place to stay in the area, can’t wait to come back!

Stayed over labor day weekend- this hotel is top notch! The front desk staff is amazing, Donna went above and beyond to give us the best experience! She was generous and kind! Our room was amazing; very clean and inviting! The champagne and balloons were a delightful surprise as we were celebrating our anniversary! The pool was great! Kate at the pool bar was super nice! American Kitchen staff was awesome- Karren and Chad were great bartenders! Karren makes the best Mango Margaritas EVER! The Brisket Sandwich is wonderful, we ordered it twice! Disney Springs is a short walk away which was fun to visit too! All in all the hotel is so nice! Very modern and clean and fresh! 10/10

A lovely and very clean hotel. The front desk folks are friendly and helpful. The restaurant/bar staff are eager to please, efficient, and warm. We had dinner here twice. We were happy with our meals both nights. Currently breakfast is a buffet because the kitchen is under renovation. There were plenty of options, and the staff keeps the buffet spotless. The lobby and conference rooms are beautiful. We were very happy with our room. It was spacious and comfortable. The hotel offers early park admission to WDW. What a perk! The only area that isn't 5 stars is the pool area. The pool needed a serious cleaning. We had to go hunting for pool towels. The bar pool is running on a limited schedule. I wish I could rate 4.5 stars. We look forward to returning. We had a wonderful stay.

The hotel and the staff are the charm of the hotel, great service and in a great environment. While here for business they were so helpful and friendly and always full of advice on what to do and helping us get orientated. They really went above and beyond especially Mark the Chef, with excellent food service that kept us full on long days. Highly recomended.

I've stayed at Renaissance Orlando Resort and Spa Hotel mid of Nov 2024. The Hotel is renewed, very chic, clean and the staff was very friendly. At the arrival Milly at the reception has welcomed us with a big smile, she really makes a difference. Throughout our stay Milly and her friends made our stay an unforgettable one. The breakfast was also very good, the staff there was very friendly and kind. If I go to Disneyworld again, I'd definitely stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it.

An absolutely spectacular hotel! I generally stay at Courtyard or similar properties, and staying at a Renaissance was really a great step up. The lobby was beautiful and modern, and my GF and I loved the glass elevator you can take up. Staff were super welcoming and polite. The room was huge! We had a king bed with a city view and it was perfect. The decor was tasteful and bright, the view was a lot of fun to look out at night, and bed was super comfortable. Everything was clean and well put together. The location was an easy walk to Disney Springs, so if you’re coming to go there or for an event, you can’t beat this location. Upon checkout Leo was at the front desk and I was glad to share my experience with the GM. He, like the other staff, was super polite and appreciative. I wish we had a longer stay, but there is no other hotel we will consider on a return trip. I look forward to trying all the amenities the property has to offer.
