I’ve stayed here a few years ago when it was B Resort so I knew this property would be fine for my needs. I had a 3 night stay and was out of the room before 11AM each day and returned after 10PM. I never had the need to visit the restaurant, lounge or shops. It was chilly so I didn’t use the pool (never saw anyone else there either). Pros - location, comfortable room and bed, attractive decor. Cons - housekeeping failed to service my room the first day, I called the front desk to ask what should have been included and was told “light service” which meant towels refreshed as well as replacement of other amenities (coffee, toilet paper, etc). I explained that did not occur and was asked if I would like full housekeeping the next day. I said “yes”. I had two beds in the room and was solo so it I still had a fresh bed and 2 clean bath towels to use. Returned the second night at 11PM only to find my room still had not been serviced. I was a bit peeved, but phoned the front desk to report this. Eventually Jessica agreed it was indeed noted for my room to receive full service. She offered to deliver anything I needed (I didn’t, it was late and I wanted to go to bed) so she offered to remove the resort fees )$50/day) which I agreed was a fair resolution. Although satisfied, it does concern me that there is clearly a lack of communication between departments. I’m sure they can correct that. One other issue I discovered was despite paying $28/day for self parking their lots were not key controlled. Simply pull up to gate (entrances and exits both) and gate automatically opens.
