The Good: location is one of the best - easy walk to Epcot, walk or boat to Hollywood Studios, access to other resorts with easy walk or boat ride. We like this area, stayed in the Beach Club once before for the same reason. Also good - our room. Recently renovated so it included a lot of modern conveniences (outlets with USB plugs), and was well appointed overall. The overall essence of an East Coast Boardwalk is perfectly captured throughout this resort - well done Disney. The Not So Good: not enough food options. They closed the micro brewery and bakery, and while a new bakery is under construction there just aren't enough food options. We saw a sign one day for a food truck but never saw it again after that one day - leaving you with only a few food options outside of pricey restaurants. Also no room service which is a disappointment. Also not so good - because this property also has conference facilities, you're mixing business people and vacationers, which just feels odd. My preference would be to better separate them, especially given the limited food options. Tip: allow plenty of time for everything you do. The property is big, and your room could be a 10 minute walk from any food options. The limited food options also get very busy, and unless you make reservations far in advance the restaurants are unavailable - we never got to have dinner in the Italian Restaurant people rave about.
