The beach is in shared use with the owner. The house is made from the building blocks, cement rendering (built in 2005). The owner lives in the smaller part of the house. Own entrance on the other side of the building. Lake suite is designed for a quiet, relaxing family retreat (with kids). It's not allowed to have any party in this house to guarantee peace in the neighborhood. Rented only for families and other groups who enjoy peaceful holiday. Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers. Living room with sofa, one sleeping site (90 x 200 cm) by using a separate mattress pad on the sofa, kitchen, dining area with sofa bed for one, bedroom with Yankee bed 160x200 cm, bedroom with 3 single beds (80x200 cm), WC with shower, glazed terrace. A pavilion on the beach, there are places for sleeping if weather is warm. Cooking hut with barbecue facilities and wood heated sauna. There is electric lighting in the pavilion and the cooking hut. The cottage is close to the Päijänne National Park and the Höysniemi campfire site is about 10 km along the road. You can also order a boat taxi from Padasjoki to reach the national park's stunning island destinations. Lauluranta cottages are only rented for peaceful holidays. The cottage is 175 km from Helsinki, 72 km from Lahti and 20 km from the Padasjoki church village to the cottage yard. The lake is about 25 m from the cottage. The beach is shallow with natural sand. There is a sturdy pier on the shore, suitable for a large boat. The water depth at the end of the pier is about 1-1.5 m. A log cottage (1998), living room and kitchen. Bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), and a sleeping alcove with one bed (120 cm). In addition, two lofts, one loft with two beds and the other with one bed. Indoor toilet. The fireplace is a cast iron hearth with a glass door. Beach sauna, which also has electric heating, so it can be used all year round. Back part of plot level; from cottage to shore a gentle slope. Yard has sand, grass and forest. Mechanical ventilation system, home theater system/blue ray player, tumble dryer, fire place with wood-fired baking oven, sandbox for children in the yard. Water in the water pipes comes from the own deep well and it has good quality. Padasjoki town 21 km. Locally several nature reserves: Isojärvi and Päijänne National Parks, Evo recreation area. Sapee downhill ski centre approx. 45 km, Himos ski resort approx. 65 km. Horse riding opportunities approx. 22 km, Vääksy golf course approx. 46 km. Lahti’s skiing centre 70 km. Owner rents out 4 bicycles, outboard motors (0.5 hp electric and 2,5 hp gasoline engines) and 3 kayaks. Mobile -internet connection for extra price, order and payment to the owner (price in 2017: 10 e/weekend, 20 e/week). Neighboring cottage 5210 Kuikka is located about 50 m so these cottages will be ideal for example two families. In summer time no direct line of sight between these two cottages because of trees.
