Nice hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff.

We booked 2 executive suits for 10 people when when got their the staff was very polite theyve shown us the rooms they were getting cleaned we took the rooms left the staff to clean the rooms we left our luggage in the rooms went out came back late evening the rooms were a tip they never bothered cleaning the rooms both rooms were dirty bathrooms were a tip jacuzzi was not working no hot water when we asked them to clean the rooms they said the got no one here asked them for hot water they said u don’t need hot water you have the air conditioning on anything we would ask for they would make excuses come in the morning we were suppose to have buffet breakfast this was their list bread tea paratha and omelette not to mention never had the breakfast presentation was absolutely rubbish the omelette had really long hair in the tray i was disappointed felt sick we told the waiter what is this nad he put his hands in the try to pull the hair out and cover it up i stoped him he had the cheek to say who put this hair in the tray ? My reply was clearly its not my hair as im bald thats a ladies hair good 18inchs or more it wasn’t just 1 hair their were more that one worst hotel to stay as i thought their reviews were good clearly not as they have been exaggerated by in house ppl so please be aware i wouldn’t give a star to it it deserves 5 💩💩💩💩💩 please avoid this hotel at all cost
