This home is located down an adorable street within the historic Puamana community. Its location is excellent being steps away from one of the 3 pools. Enjoy the relaxing lanai which includes a new outdoor sectional couch to relax on. Puamana is known for its private seasonal beach (we provide two beautiful paddle boards for your use!) and is in a gated community ideal for letting your kids scooter around or throw a football in the big mango field. Locals live in the community giving it a true Aloha experience. Plumeria, mangoes, bananas, and orange trees are scattered around making the smells and sights beautiful. The unit includes one bedroom with a king size bed and a master bathroom. The other bed is a pull out sofa bed in the living room. There is an additional full bathroom for the guests sleeping on the sofa bed. This allows for so much more comfort than a typical hotel room! Two of the three Puamana pools are not, but are soon to be, operational. While the Ocean Pool was mildly and indirectly impacted, the Puamana HOA made the decision to fully restore the pool to its original beauty and it is currently under restoration. The Clubhouse suffered an impact as well, but thankfully some artifacts have been recovered and the Puamana Community is committed to restore the heritage of this building in the near future. Architectural plans have been completed for restoration, submitted to the county, and we are just waiting for approval and permitting. The Dolphin Pool close to the Property, as well as the tennis and pickleball courts, are currently fully operational and available for Guest use.
