The room was quiet and we didn't hear any noise from the outside nor any other rooms which is a true blessing in any hotel situation. Also, the breakfast was excellent (the waffles sooooo good).

This hotel’s neighbors are good as silver town. I used staying Ayres hotel brand. This laguna wood Ayres hotel’s facilities, specifically bathroom faucets are loses and old. I asked manager, but he wasn’t fixed. When I say for 6night 7 days, I felt just atmosphere of neighbors is good. And breakfast was good. That’s all.

So close to beautiful Laguna Beach, California without the LA traffic hassle. Lots of history on display. The rooms are spacious and gorgeous. The pool and jacuzzi with fire pit is awesome.

Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Facility and rooms are updated and clean. Hot breakfast are served daily. We loved our stay.

There are EV chargers in the parking lot, but they charge $0.50/hour just to park there! No one is using them…

There was a cheeto next to bed which I saw after our 3rd night of the visit. The room was cleaned daily. When we checked in we were asked if we would like the room cleaned daily and I said sure not aware that there was a $10 a day fee for this. Overall the hotel was nice and the breakfast good. Great value overall

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They were attentive, kind and were able to help us check in early. The area around the hotel has everything you could possibly need! Their breakfast was great and agin the cook and staff at breakfast were so friendly. I can not say enough about the customer service. The room was nothing extraordinary but it was clean, convenient and exactly what we paid for.
