Buona cena.Un posto tranquillo.Attenzione.Abbiamo potuto portare il nostro cane da pet con noi.

Sono degli Stati Uniti, ero lì a visitare amici a San Pablo.Sono rimasto per un mese. La struttura è direttamente sul lago Sampolac, edificio molto bello con belle camere con grande doccia e piscina. Ero l'unico ospite, perché non era una stagione turistica. Facuto per ordinare un dolce colazione di uova, ma non favoloso. Ho dovuto chiedere che l'acqua calda fosse riposta. Internet era marginale al meglio durante quel periodo. Personale pulito dei giovani molto amichevole. Hanno fatto un buon lavoro. Mi sembrava di avere un buon sconto e mi chiedevo di pagare quando me ne andai. Molto fiducioso. Mi aspetto di restare ancora lì.

This place is sooooo great!!! Had to attend an event at the Trace Glasshouse events place which I could tell a really nice venue, food was superb, friendly and helpful events team. We enjoyed the party after which I joined my friend in her hotel room. By the way, room is clean but needs maintenance. It’s okay coz the staff are generous enough to give us late checkout coz we had a party, plus they are accommodating and pleasant- Michelle, Crizelle and desk manager. You got to find this hidden gem.

It was not the hotel staycation that we expected it to be and for me it was a terrible experience booking my family into this accommodation and having an event in the place. We have been to other budget hotels / accommodations before, but all we have been to were completely organised and clean, and unfortunately this hotel says otherwise. Their function hall may house about 50 to 70 guests comfortably and perhaps more than this number will be too constraint given you have the stage, food counters, sounds & lights, etc to consider too. When we visited the hall, it has a distinctive smell on which we couldn't identify, but it was definitely unlikeable and their carpets were immensely dirty. The lobby was casual yet I would say it's comfortable, but one thing that perplexed me was that they only open the aircon when we arrived and has to ask for it too (not sure if this is the same practice on other hotels), but I was just surprised that this is not one of hotel standards. We have booked three Superior rooms and our family were overly excited for the staycation as we came all the way from Bulacan and it was the very first time that we will be together in a hotel stay. Regrettably, the rooms were utterly smelly (amoy kulob), and the toilets were significantly dirty. There were numerous water stains and my mother found an empty shampoo sachet on which indicated that the toilet were not properly cleaned. Bath tubs were unhygienic too and the sink sadly were clogged. My mother was very particular with the cleanliness of the place as she herself has used to work in Housekeeping department so it dismayed her when she saw that the rooms and the toilets were not sanitized well. It was not being too fussy or inconsiderate, but we had two children (1 is a baby) and senior citizens with us so good sanitation of the place was truly vital for us.. The staff were not in uniform, so they cannot be distinguished with the other guests too, not unless they were in the front desk area. Nevertheless, I have to commend the staff as they were polite and helpful, especially the gentleman who helped me out to print my documents needed for the event. This review is not to tarnish the name of the hotel, but for them to improve the service and accommodations (amenities & facilities) and to alert the management to strive more to establish certain standards in the hotel to attract potential guests and should not be complacent so that they can give the best hospitality they can. I really hope that they can work things out and push more to achieve excellent results and good reviews.

I miei figli godevano la stanza di gioco, ma la stanza era pulita, ma c’era un odore annoiante che veniva dal bagno. Il custode è venuto a pulire bene, ma il odore continua a tornare. In futuro tornerà ancora.

Per quel prezzo direi che è un hotel OK, ma ci sono altri buoni hotel nelle vicinanze se il bilancio può aumentare. L'hotel dispone di una piscina decente, un parcheggio auto è spazioso e i locali vengono a soggiornare nei fine settimana e hanno il tempo di divertimento con le famiglie. Il FnB è tuttavia ben preparato. Il personale è cortese. La stanza che ho soggiornato aveva mobili vecchi. Il buffet per colazione è disponibile ma è molto fondamentale. Un altro punto di svantaggio è la posizione.. non si può camminare e andare a ristoranti o bar vicini. Non c'è nulla vicina, perché l'hotel è in una zona industriale. Come ho detto, con questo prezzo non c'è problema, ma aumenterei il mio bilancio per provare altri hotel più nuovi nelle vicinanze.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo prenotato una stanza per 6 giorni. Ha scelto questo resort perché non era lontano dalla sua residenza e lungo la strada da Kamay ni Hesus. Cosa si aspetta in una pandemia? Quando entrammo nella stanza, non era mantenuta, pulita o persino preparata per gli ospiti; ma c’era una carta di benvenuto su una tavola con me e il nome della mia ragazza, che mi disse che il personale aveva entrato nella stanza prima della nostra arrivo. Il frigorifero non era stato attaccato, la TV non funzionava bene; doveva smontarlo e rimettere in uscita l'elettricità per aprirlo, la stanza era polvere, sporca, aveva ali volanti sul mobili e riapparve un odore di YUCK! Ora che mi sono lamentata, il personale era molto attento e aveva inviato un equipaggio di pulizia all'ASAP, ma questo avrebbe dovuto essere fatto prima che arrivasse l'ospite. Non era stato mantenuto fino a par come un ristorante dovrebbe essere a mio avviso. La parte migliore del ristorante era la piscina/bar. Ci sono molte persone che vengono e vanno; io sono ospite per una rapida camminata. Non menziono la biancheria zip e/caiaking, ahm. La pioggia per due giorni, quindi non potevamo nuotare, e poi il personale sdraiò le piscine, così io e i miei perdenti trovarono una piccola zona ricreativa che aveva biliardo e una tavola da ping pong e ne faceva il meglio. Il giorno dopo, siamo tornati a giocare a biliardo e le palle, e le stick della piscina sono andate. Che modo di trattare gli ospiti, che non potevano usare la piscina. Non mi sono nemmeno lamentato al personale, ero così felice di essere nella compagnia della mia ragazza e di passare tempo di qualità con lei. Ora, entrambi erano scratching da rash sulla nostra pelle. ***!!! Oh, per l'amor del cielo, il resort aveva un telefono e un cassaforte nella stanza che non funzionava.

It was a great stay, though it was raining a lot. We were not able to enjoy the pool. But everything are all great!
