Il bagno non scorrerebbe e anche, abbiamo controllato per qualche giorno e hanno una politica che forniscono solo acqua in bottiglia la prima notte. Questi sono TV a grande asse e il cavo reale era oltre eccellente.. NU 5-star gli hotel hanno questo molti canali di cavo e questo ha ottenuto molto per me in termini di semplice rilassamento e lasciando tutto impiccato.. Literalmente, solo appeso in quel letto accogliente, cuscini e comodi bianchettiultra-cool sistema di aria condizionata nelle tre camere abbiamo prenotato per una lunga vacanza. In definitiva, questo hotel. un sito di soggiorno mensile da ora in poi dopo la nuoto caldo primavera per i ”cittadini senior” nella famiglia. Colazione è stata sputosa il primo giorno, entrata al dessert, frutta, molto ben sabbiato, il cereale è un trattamento benvenuto.

Per quel prezzo direi che è un hotel OK, ma ci sono altri buoni hotel nelle vicinanze se il bilancio può aumentare. L'hotel dispone di una piscina decente, un parcheggio auto è spazioso e i locali vengono a soggiornare nei fine settimana e hanno il tempo di divertimento con le famiglie. Il FnB è tuttavia ben preparato. Il personale è cortese. La stanza che ho soggiornato aveva mobili vecchi. Il buffet per colazione è disponibile ma è molto fondamentale. Un altro punto di svantaggio è la posizione.. non si può camminare e andare a ristoranti o bar vicini. Non c'è nulla vicina, perché l'hotel è in una zona industriale. Come ho detto, con questo prezzo non c'è problema, ma aumenterei il mio bilancio per provare altri hotel più nuovi nelle vicinanze.

Le camere sono pulite e ben tenute e la colazione è ben organizzata. Il personale è gentilissimo ed efficiente. Purtroppo l’hotel è molto rumoroso. Noi avevamo una camera al secondo piano vicino al deposito degli house keeping: alle 5:30 del mattino cominciano a trascinare i carrelli nel corridoio, parlano a voce alta tra di loro oppure con walkie-talkie! Una mattina hanno iniziato prima delle 5. La location fa organizzare feste e la sera c’è confusione finì alle due. Purtroppo si dormono 3 ore per notte

Ho sviluppato eczema poco dopo la nuoto di mag pagkauwi sa bahay. O forse matapang masyado Yung cloruro per la mia pelle da pelle sensibile. Medyo malit yung quarto ma finora maios Naman Ang soggiorno. Madali lang din Makita Ang luogo attraverso la mappa anche gli interruttori possono trovarlo.

UUtente ospiteLa mia figlia e la mia famiglia sono rimaste in 2 camere familiari per 2 notti, il 29 luglio 2023. Le camere erano abbastanza grandi. L'unica cosa che non ci piaceva era un cucciolo all'interno di ciascuna delle camere. - 2 cuccioli in totale. Mia figlia si lamentava di questo perché abbiamo 2 x 8 mesi di età con noi. Il ricevitore ha risposto, cercando di catturare e uccidere i gamberetti. Uno dei baci in bagno è stato bloccato nell'ultima permanenza del nostro soggiorno. L'hotel ha bisogno solo di mantenere la loro igiene e la pulizia e cercare di liberarsi delle cazzo di hotel. Altrimenti, il personale hoyel è bello con l'hotel con una buona posizione vicino alla città e al mercato principale.

UUtente ospiteCome dice il titolo, sono arrivato un'ora prima per il check-in alle 2:00 e ho chiesto un check-in precoce. Il personale + supervisore non mi avrebbe lasciato. Quindi ho chiesto quanto devo aggiungere per un check-in precoce - mi è stato immediatamente dato il mio biglietto da camera. Quindi, nonostante la stanza fosse disponibile, non mi permetterebbero di fare un check-in precoce per un'ora, tutto era solo di soldi. La mia qualità del sonno nella camera deluxe era terribile, perché ho sentito la TV e la musica alta dall'altra stanza tutta la notte. Ho ordinato cibo per il servizio in camera (yang chow per P120) e quello che mi serviva non mi guardava da nessuna parte vicino alla yang chow dalla foto nel menu. Mi piaceva come mangiavo riso semplice (il tipo mi sembrava riso bruciato, non yang chow del tutto). Potrei aver ordinato riso semplice per P40 invece di sprecare P120 su una cow yang che non ha guardato e gusto nulla come la cow yang. Ho sempre controllato qui durante Xmas e New Year, ma questo ha di gran lunga la peggiore esperienza che abbia mai avuto qui.

Ma anche loro erano grandi a darci spazio e non ci hanno distrutti. Non possono lodare abbastanza. Siamo persi in un viaggio verso la caduta, ma abbiamo intenzione di fare il viaggio kayak al nostro ritorno in novembre.

First and foremost, Glen should be the ✨ Employee of the Year✨ 🥇 According to him, they are short-staffed, so he's the only one taking and serving the orders (we were in one of the cottages). Although, I did see that there were wait staff in the restaurant, but yes, he was the only one running around to take care of the orders from the cottages. 🥇 Even though his plate was full (figuratively and literally) with all the customers he's handling, he was attentive to our requests and was approachable and patient when we asked him to take our photos several times. He asked if we want him to put the cake we brought to their refrigerator in the meantime, and he gave us extra plastic containers for our take outs - these, among a few other kind gestures, just show how much thought he puts into his work. Clearly, he takes pride in his job. 🥇There was a misunderstanding with the Day Tour fee. We were told on the official FB Messenger that we don't need to pay that if we're to dine in and not use their pools. They also confirmed that we can take photos around and stay for as long as we like since we rented a cottage. But upon occupying the cottage, Glen asked us for the Day Tour Fee, and upon discussion and review of the Messenger conversation, he said it's all good, and we don't need to pay since it was what we're informed with during the booking process. No one admitted to the mistake, but Glen assured us that there's nothing to worry about. The cottages was supposedly for Day Tour guests only. For the price they ask their customers to pay, they should improve on a couple of things: 1. Alignment and coordination of staff - if the staff I was talking to when booking for this occasion was well-informed about the Day Tour fee, then there wouldn't be any misunderstanding, as I can and am willing to pay, if that's something I needed to settle to get in, of course. At least, they took accountability of their mistake (although, no one admitted to the mistake as per Glen). 2. We went to the bar to order iced coffee for the five of us. The male barista was taking and making other orders when we approached him. He then listed our orders and asked us to give the piece of paper to Glen because according to him, all our orders should be through him. However, Glen was no where to be found. We looked around for a bit before we decided to ask the female staff behind the counter. We told that the barista asked us to give our orders to Glen, but we can't find him, so we asked her what should we do next. That's when the barista said that he will give our orders to Glen, and the other staff seconded. However, in the first place, why would you ask a paying customer to go look for the wait staff to order food that you're selling as a business? Why would you ask a customer to take an extra step on purchasing your goods and services? You should make it super easy for your customers to spend money on your business, not the other way around. We were told by the female staff

UUtente ospiteThe staff is polite and attentive to your needs. There is ample parking at the back of the building. That’s about the only good things about it. The wifi is fast and strong if you’re at the lobby and even at the hallways of the second floor, but the wifi gets weak and later disappears inside the room. Using your own mobile data is not helpful because the signal is 3G. The LTE signal is in and out. The standard room is quite basic. No cable or satellite TV service. Only a TV Plus digital TV receiver and a small Hanabishi LCD TV. The bathroom has the usual amenities but no water heater. That’s OK for the hot and humid season, but not in the cooler months. There is a towel, soap and tissue roll. The worst part is that the national highway is in front of the hotel. There is absolutely no soundproofing of any kind. Starting midnight, all sorts of road noise wakes me up several times. The passing of vehicles with modified mufflers of jeepneys, motorcycle and cars that make it noisy and trucks who honk very loudly woke me up many times. Even my colleagues who are in the rooms on the inner part of are awoken by the same noises. This is cause for poor quality rest and sleep. We will never come back here.

Infine, lasciano aperta l'hotel in alcuni giorni di settimana a causa della mancanza di personale, che dovrebbe fare qualcosa in merito o solo aprire i fine settimana quando ricevono personale.
Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, è dove i servizi vengono apprezzati e raccomandati, ma è facile trovare la posizione che si trova su autostrada nazionale, ma potrebbe diventare rumoroso per i nomadi digitali o i dormitori precoci.
In generale, lo consiglierei per un weekend di uscita, ma non per un lungo soggiorno. Grazie!

UUtente ospiteGood value for money, spacious room, large serving of free breakfast, food quite good. the location is in front of Metromall, the hotel is on the 3rd floor of divimart which will be soon be Puregold per hotel info. Stayed there for 2 days to attend our Aunt's vigil and burial. Our experience would have been really nice, except for the situation ,that during checkout, they have been asking my brother who occupied a separate room from us, for a piece of teaspoon which according to them is missing, it took about more than 30 minutes, for which it could not be accounted. The backside of it is, since they don't have any restaurant/mess hall , the food is delivered to the room and they don't provide teaspoon for the coffee included for breakfast, hence the teaspoon in question might have been included in the used silverware when the kitchen staff picked them up. Delivery of food not on time and with incomplete cutleries. Had to pay for a missing cutlery which could not be accounted. It is quite an embarrassing situation, money is not an issue but being questioned for a piece of cutlery and held before checkout... whew... that is a first for us who are seasoned travellers, hence the rating.
