I hope the facilities and things around could be upgraded
More towels needed
No swimming pool which is very bad

I got into the room and freaked out. Really old facility. Was hungry and wanted to call room service but realised there was no intercom in my room. Had to go down twice for one to be brought. And then I kept dialling the restaurant and it refused to connect. Couldn’t bear it any longer, I left. Not interested in any refund.

I had a great time at Ibis Hotel in Lagos. But my greatest disappointment was, my phone was stolen by one of the Ibis’ security guards. I resting at the pool side and I unfortunately slept off. When I got up, I couldn’t find my phone.
Not knowing that a security guard on duty has stolen my iPhone 11.
But we later retrieved the phone from him.

Terrible experience, no ruining water and no hot water. Could take shower at all . Bedding is awful, simple terrible and not worth the rating

The hotel employees are very professional and courteous. The environment is wonderful given that it is located in a very busy area.

The proximity to the airport is good, the breakfast buffet is very good and the staff are very courteous and friendly. Please change the carpets in the rooms or put tiles that will be easier to maintain.
