Questa è la mia prima stanza in un Best Western, in generale siamo stati molto soddisfatti della nostra stanza. L'unica cosa che credo che abbiano bisogno di fare è aggiornare le loro liste della camera che dicono che c'è un bagno, perché ho prenotato la stanza che ho fatto perché mostrava che aveva un tubo. Quando arrivai all'hotel, il personale mi disse che tutte le camere erano state rimesse e che non avevano più tubi solo docce a piedi.

Excellent job! Great stay!! Having a feather allergy most hotels do not properly prepare the room to be feather free in advance, even when I call in advance. They did! Addee at the front desk was very busy all night but was a rockstar and very attentive to all our needs and requests....she went above and beyond! I will happily stay here again should I be in the area.

In primo luogo, voglio dire che questo è un bel posto dove stare vicino a molti ristoranti e shopping. È anche decente vicino all'Università Purdue. Il personale è stato grande e tutti i miei incontri sono stati molto utili e amichevoli. Il personale del cibo era anche molto bello. Il negativo è venuto quando ho chiesto di pulire la mia stanza una volta durante il mio soggiorno di 10 giorni per lavoro. Capisco che l'aiuto è difficile da trovare e non ho bisogno di pulire la mia stanza ogni giorno. Ho solo bisogno di un po' di sapone e la mia spazzatura è vuota (ho mangiato un sacco di cibo nella mia stanza) quindi il giorno 5 ho chiesto se la mia stanza potesse essere pulita. Mi hanno detto: ”No, non abbiamo il personale per pulire la tua stanza”. Ho chiesto se qualcuno potesse almeno mettere un po' di sapone nella stanza e vuotare la spazzatura. Hanno fatto questi oggetti, ma hanno preso ogni asciugamano dalla stanza e non hanno riportato nessuno! Ho dovuto chiamare il fronte e qualcuno ha portato i tovaglioli più tardi quella notte. Andiamo a Marriott, paghi meglio la gente, così gli ospiti che soggiornano più di 1-2 giorni possono effettivamente ottenere la loro stanza pulita! Non penso che chiedere una stanza pulita Una volta durante un soggiorno di 10 giorni è stato fuori Sono un membro di premio, quindi cerco sempre Hotel Marriott quando viaggi, ma forse devo trovare un posto diverso a Lafayette.

Shame on you, Hilton. For $800 per night, I expect more....a LOT more. I should have known there was going to be a problem before we even arrived. I had used the Hilton app to select a room. Several hours later, the app notified me that our room had been switched for some unknown reason. I called the hotel, and was told that maybe the other room ”extended their stay”. OK, no problem. So we arrived at 11pm after a long day of traveling and tried to get into our ”new” room with the app, and of course the key didn't work. We also noticed that there was a loud TV next door, which was easily heard in the hallway. So we trudged over with our suitcases to the front desk (in another building), to complain about the change/key/location of room. We were greeted by ”grandma” and her poodle, crocheting on the couch; ”daughter” working the front desk; and ”granddaughter” (the only one who seemed to know what was going on), who telephoned the room with the loud TV and addressed the occupant by his first name saying ”Hey, are you watching the TV?” Real high class welcome. I requested another room on a different floor. Our new room greeted us with the cooling system fan on full blast and the ceiling fan going....and the room was too hot! We tried to get a good night's sleep, but no luck. The next day, I called the front desk and said the A/C didn't seem to be working. A maintenance guy showed up about 10 mins later and said that ”the freon was out and did I want them to fix it?” He did get it fixed during the time we attended our son's commencement ceremony, hence my generous ”2-star” review instead of ”1-star”. On to our ”free breakfast”: they should have paid us to eat it!! Gross at best. (You have been warned.) Cleanliness of the room? LOL. Carpets were old and had unknown dried ”stuff” stuck in places, curtains were ripped, furniture upholstery stained, mold in the shower, etc. You get the picture, but I added a couple anyway. Oh yeah, on the 3rd night, our key didn't work so we had to trudge on over to the desk for another one. While walking over there, we saw ”grandma” in a loose, silky robe, running through the hallway. Like I said, real classy. I have lost my faith in Hilton. Absolutely unacceptable to take advantage of Purdue graduation weekend and force us to stay in a VERY low quality hotel, knowing that we'll never be back. I'm canceling my Hilton Honors account and credit card right now.

Siamo arrivati nel cuore della notte e ci ha detto che la camera era stata registrata da uno sconosciuto. Solo due persone possono condividere un letto. Ci è stato detto che la nostra camera è stata registrata da estranei e sono le 3 del mattino. Dobbiamo condividere una camera da letto matrimoniale. Niente spazzolino/dentifricio prima di avere una richiesta. Non esiste una soluzione successiva.

Questo, lontano è stato un soggiorno tranquillo. La stanza è pulita e bug gratuito. Le camere sono date ma il soggiorno complessivo è stato grande. Ho più da venire e non ho motivo di guardare un altro posto per soggiornare.
