Nambiti Hills

We took some of our days for our honeymoon to Nambiti Hills, and what a stay! This place is like a taste of heaven, and we enjoyed every second of our stay. From arrival until departure we were thrilled about the landscape, the lodge and its crew, the scenery, food and atmosphere. Everything was perfect for us, and we didnt want to leave when our stay was finished.

Fantastic venue of a very high quality. It deserves its 5 stars. Wonder was a fantastic game ranger who went out of his way for us. All the staff were in fact wonderful.

Just returned from a 4 night stay and our second trip to Nambiti Hills having last visited in 2021. They have since refurbed the place and I have to say, whilst I thought it was beautiful before, it’s even more stunning now. I took photos of everything as if there is ever a time I fulfil my dream of buying a farm/barn house in the country, this is how I would want the decor. Congrats to the whoever designers work that is! Once again, a fantastic stay with A* service. It really is an incredible team of people all striving to make your stay as perfect as possible. From the maintenance and cleaning staff right the way through to waitering staff (thanks to Ncami (amazing smile), Notokozo, Brian and Sam), the chefs (thank you particular for that spectacular chick pea curry and Kingclip) to front of house staff Bryce and Sipho. We really didn’t want for anything while we there there. Notokozo really ensured that the pool area was well hydrated with cocktails, beers and wine! There were always clean pool towels out and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available. The food was 10/10 and we noted that they were accommodating of various people’s dietary requirements. Liquor is all top shelf so high quality spirits, as was the wine, of which there was ample selection of red and white. To Lebo our game driver! Your parents have raised a fine young man! Inspiring to see someone so passionate about what they do and with the knowledge you have. We saw all but one of the big 5… the elusive leopard not seeking us out this time round, but super blessed to see what we did, including a female cheetah which decided to take shelter from the sun for 2 days after catching an Nyala just outside the camp! Absolutely beautiful. Lebo made sure we got to all the main sightings and clearly has a good relationship with all the other drivers who were all very respectful of giving the animals enough space whilst getting us close up. The reserve has a 3 vehicle lock at each sighting so they have developed a system to ensure all the guests from all the lodges get a decent shot of the sighting. A very well oiled machine. We were super impressed by the wealth of knowledge Lebo had, whether it was birds, antelope or cats - he answered all our Qs! Beautiful lodge with a beautiful team of people. Thank you so much for making our stay so epic! 🙏 We’ll be back with family next time! Tip: Always take a hoodie or windbreaker for the morning drives even if the forecast predictions say hot and obvs don’t forget a hat!

The experience at Nambiti was 5 stars above and beyond. From the location, the accommodation, the service, the cleanliness, the game drives - I’ve personally never seen a lodge functioning this well. Make sure to book a night more than you planned - it’ll be worth it.

I had the best time at Nambiti lodge! The amount of animals you see on the runs was surprising. Coming from the states I was hoping to see a few animals but was surprised to see every species, daily, that the reserve has. The accommodations, spa, food and staff were all incredible. I can't recommend this adventure enough!

Heard about Nambiti Hills from friends, but did not expect the experience we had. Words can not describe it. It was 10 times better than what we expected. Well done to the team at Nambithi
