It was again wonderful to stay at hotel Alpen-Herz. The family Schmid and their team are so kind and make sure you are feeling like home. Due to Covid we had to wear a mask when walking around, but you could remove the mask when you were sitting down. You could disinfect your hands in many places and all guests took good care of social distancing. We have never felt uncomfortable and felt very safe. It was very well arranged in the hotel. The rooms are very spacious, the food is very good, the service is perfect and the wellness is fantastic! My husband and I were together for 25 years on December 23rd. When we arrived in our room after dinner, a surprise was there; a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate. Very attentive! The hotel is located one minute walk from the ski lift. You cross the parking lot and you are already there. We have been coming here for a number of years in summer and winter and the hotel is highly recommended.

Super nettes und gemütliches Hotel! Sehr nettes Personal! Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen waren sehr sehr gut 👌🏼 Schöner Wellnessbereich! Die Show Aufgüsse in der Sauna sind der Wahnsinn!! Das muss man mal erlebt haben! Werde sicher wiederkommen!

Ein Hotel wo man wortwörtlich abschalten und geniessen kann. Sehr gepflegte Zimmer auch während dem Aufenthalt. Freundliches Personal wo auch evtl. Wünsche erfüllt. Grosse Saunalandschaft und eine Hallenbad 24h geöffnet ist. Aussen Whirlpool. Die Seilbahn ist nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel aus erreichbar.

Wir waren bereits zum 4. Mal im Alpenherz und haben es wie immer sehr genossen. Betreuung, Essen und Wellness sind vom Feinsten. Das Schigebiet gehört für uns zum schönsten in ganz Österreich. Wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen, entweder wieder im Winter oder vielleicht erstmals im Sommer. Vielen Dank für alles!

Das Hotel Alpenherz punktet vor allem mit seiner familiären Atmosphäre und der Herzlichkeit des Personals. Hervorragende Küche, wunderschöne Zimmer und der tolle Spa-bereich mit Event Sauna kompletieren das Angebot. Es ist immer ruhig und gemütlich, so kann man sich perfekt erholen. Die Lage direkt am Schilift ist ideal, und wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Prima hotel ,dicht bij de lift, Ontbijt , middags hap en diner waren uitstekend.. Wij hadden een mooie grote kamer 525, in het gedeelte iets naar achteren ,daarom was ons uitzicht niet zoals aan de voorzijde, wel heerlijk rustig met prima bedden. Sauna's met op gietingen waren heerlijk. Medewerkers waren heel vriendelijk.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Italien und hatten hier ein paar Tagen Zwischenstop gemacht. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und ansprechend. Das Frühstück und auch die anderen Mahlzeiten sind abwechslungsreich und kreativ. Parken direkt vor der Tür. Besonders klasse ist die Entfernung zu der Seilbahn. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Super sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel mit gewaltig ausgestatteten Zimmer. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist liebevoll und gemütlich gestaltet! Die Mitarbeiter sind übermäßig freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Abendessen ein Traum!!! Und auch die Erreichbarkeit des Skiliftes, einfach super!!

Wir waren schon mehrmals im Alpenherz- es war auch diesmal ein wunderschönes Erlebnis mit netten Menschen, hervorragendem Essen und tollen Wellness-Einrichtungen. Man kann so richtig Seele und Beine "baumeln" lassen. Wir können das Alpenherz nur wärmstens empfehlen.
