Electricity was not there throughout the stay, however they managed with a bulb using inverter. Problem was geyser, tv, even though mobile charger was not working due to non availability of electricity supply.

This hotel is luxurious, lavish and extremely hygienic. At check-in we were greeted by a receptionist who handed us the keys. The room was in general well-kept. Extra bed, towels and toiletries were provided on-demand. However, as soon as we stepped into the room, we were greeted with an electric blackout. What is not expected by guests at such an expensive hotel is that you have timings for the generator! Guests are paying so much money! The least we could expect is 24/7 generator backup! The intercom ceased to work, so we had to approach the reception who refused to switch on the generator even at 6 PM, which was an hour after which it was supposed to be switched on. Finally, power was restored by the generator, after we demanded it. However, hot water took time. At the restaurant, we were told that we were the only guests in the hotel for the next couple of days hence, the buffet was not available. The food at both breakfast and dinner was amazing however, the breakfast service was rather slow. The restaurant was soothing to look at with an all-white interior. Day one was full of problems. However, the second day went flawlessly with exceptional service. We ended our stay with a picture at the panoramic views offered at the premises and outside seating areas.

We have recently been to Summit Khangri Karpo. There are many good things about this hotel. Staff: Extremely courteous and eager to help in any way they can. Location: Extremely scenic (located near the Teesta river). Ask for family room if possible. The hotel is very easy to find (the drivers know this place as it's very popular) Room: Nice cozy interiors. They provide bed with warmers for very comfortable sleep. Food: Nice restaurant that serves fresh food. Overall, very satisfied with the stay.

Summit Alpine resort exceeded my expectations in every way. Gorgeous views .. fabulous service .. and a cozy atmosphere. The staff deserve a special mention — fabulous attitude and impeccable service! As and when I do come back to this part of the world, I plan to use this place as a base for local excursions.

It is enroute to lachung, hotel location is good, rooms are cleaned, hotel staff was polite, food quality is good with limited option, Breakfast is ready by 6AM so people can leave early for site seeing to zero point and vally point Parking space is available

“Brilliant views ” If I would say 1 word to pick this place it will be the view of the rooms overlooking the majestic mountains . Totally breathtaking Pros Staff were polite and courteous Rooms are well maintained Magnificent view from rooms - ask for this Cons Buffet breakfast was quiet below avg - steam bread , poha and upma for the price we paid was not expected In room dining - is very limited in terms of choice and quiet expensive plus it’s pure vegetarian
