Hotel a Labuan

"La posizione è vicina alla città. Uno dei punti della pulizia dell'hotel è il telaio dal pavimento che abbiamo soggiornato sembra un po' sporco e ha un odore cattivo lungo il corridoio. Prenotammo 4 camere e c'è una camera che il letto è vogliamo. Uno dei miei familiari non dormi bene 😅 in generale ok."

"Location is excellent, near a lot of eateries. There's even few shop inside the building itself including Secret Recipe. Cleaner comes every day. Overall you can't go wrong staying here."

"Had request an OKU room, i think it is the only OKU room from the hotel, need to inform hotel earlier. It would be great if hotel can improve or increase more OKU room, had been there for few times and this is the only time i request the OKU room successfully. If the toilet for OKU, would be suggest to make it spacious because the carer (in my case, is 2 carers) need to move the OKU from point A to point B. However, hotel service and location is good and definitely will be there again."

However, the hotel has been experiencing system issues lately, which caused noticeable confusion at the reception. During my stay, there were some unfortunate cases where guests were refused check-in due to booking or system-related errors. This kind of hiccup can be quite stressful, especially after a long journey. The front desk staff did their best to manage the situation, but it was clear that the hotel needs to urgently improve its internal coordination and reservation system. If you’re looking for a no-frills place to stay in a good location, Lazenda can still be an option — just be sure to double-confirm your booking directly with the hotel before arrival until they sort out their system problems."

"Located near town but not the centre, room rather small and need to up keep the cleanliness, the carpet at the walking corridor certainly need more attention!  The pro advantages is down stairs  got a good restaurant which can serve fresh seafood ! For the price quoted , perhaps labuan point hotel will be another choice for value of money !"
