Hotel in zona La Maison Amérindienne, Mont-Saint-Hilaire

Il posto è molto bello e tranquillo in una zona che mi assomiglia a case di fine settimana vicino al fiume Richelie. L'hotel è in condizioni molto buone e pulito. Il meglio è che il personale è molto gentile. La cucina è di gran lunga, con piatti ben montati tipo gourmet e inoltre offrono una tavola cuoco con opzione da 4 a 6 piatti e ciascuno serve con una tazza con un matrimonio molto attento.

My friend and I stayed here for the F1 weekend and had a terrible experience. To start, the hotel does not provide concierge towel service or a safety deposit box (this detail is important for later). When calling to request fresh towels, I was told to pick up my towels at the front desk. The hotel also does not provide bath robes or slippers (maybe it's because it is a 3 star hotel?). The cleanliness of the carpeting in our room was questionable and we never received cleaning services on any of the days we stayed. Next, on our second day of our stay, the key scanner on our door stopped working. The scanner was low on battery and required a device to charge the scanner in order for the door to unlock. Every time we needed to access our rooms, we had to request the concierge to escort us and manually charge the scanner and use a master key to unlock our door. Not only was this inefficient for staff, but this was also an extreme waste of our time as guests at Imperia. At no point did concierge escalate this to management to attempt to resolve the technical issue or compensate for this inconvenience. Because the hotel was fully booked, the only resolution that was offered was to room hop for each night of our stay, which would be even more inconvenient. So we decided to stay in our rooms. Finally, and the most egregious issue of all was that our belongings had been stolen from our room. Money and a luxury bag that had not left the room from the beginning of our stay went missing. I am hesitant to point fingers at the hotel staff, however given the security issues we experienced with our malfunctioning door and the concierge staff having access to a master key, I cannot rule out the idea that it was the hotel staff that may have unlawfully accessed and taken our belongings. When we approached the concierge about this issue, they were not able to provide us with any security footage or a date/time log of how many times our room was accessed. We ended up filing a police report and the hotel has since wiped their hands clean on this issue. To this day, management has been dodging our calls and have not followed up with us. The same moment we brought this issue up to concierge, another guest lined up behind us was raising his concerns about his headphones that went missing from his room. Given that the weekend of our stay was a hectic and full house for the hotel, I am unsure as to whether this is an inside job or an opportunistic individual knowing that many guests were not going to be in their rooms for most of the day. This experience has made me feel extremely unsafe, paranoid and violated.I will NEVER go back and will NEVER recommend anyone stay at Imperia or any of their other sister establishments.

L’accueil chaleureux, le service impeccable et les installations de qualité ont largement dépassé mes attentes. Mon séjour a été des plus agréables, et je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. La posizione dell'hotel è buona, è meglio trovare, l'ambiente circostante è buono, c'è un parcheggio gratuito, è molto conveniente guidare da soli, lo spazio della stanza è grande, la famiglia è soddisfatta

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è un buon hotel. Quello che non mi piaceva è l'insonorizzazione della stanza, si sentono bene le persone che parlano nel corridoio, così il rumore della finestra. L'aria condizionata è rumorosa e non funzionava all'ultimo 1/4 della notte (2 volte mi alzo a causa del calore) Il colazione è davvero medio. Non potevamo nuotare nella piscina perché ci erano clienti che nuotano con i loro vestiti, nessuno li avvisò, io ho chiesto di farlo.

La macchina può essere fermata alla porta dell'hotel, e dopo aver fatto il soggiorno, Nakata può andare al parcheggio gratuito accanto.La stanza è pulita e le strutture sono nuove.C'è Starbucks sotto. L'hotel può vedere la competizione mangiare e bere e chattare, e il negozio è vicino.

Alt DIX30 è un hotel elegante e contemporaneo situato vicino a grandi negozi e ristoranti. Il personale che ho incontrato era tutti amichevole, cortese e bilingue; ciò è importante per qualcuno che non parla francese. Un bonus aggiuntivo è che il parcheggio (superficie o sottoterra) è gratuito.

Molto tranquillo, ambiente pulito e igienico, la colazione è anche possibile, l'ambiente non deve dire, è adatto per un viaggio d'affari, la stanza e la macchina da scrivania di Apple, il primo hotel con computer.

Is far out by taxi 52.00 ca $ to downtown or try the bus and metro for 3.50 each way. bus stops out front. Metro is small building all get off at. next door is chicken/hamburger place. bank to get coins to ride bus. only take coins. Walmart 9 min away but can see in 3 blocks pass. bank. Hot breakfast waffle,yogourt, pastries, ceral, coffee oJ. oatmeal. 700 am. clean rooms with laminate flooring. big shower replaced the tub. english speaking front desk. very helpful.
