I want to warn you about my terrible experience at B&B Au Coeur de Villers. My family and I were really excited for a New Year trip, but it turned out to be a disaster. Right from the start, the owner was unfriendly and tried to charge us extra money for no good reason. We had to threaten to call the police before he let us check-in. Then, he asked us to pay a big deposit in cash, which made us feel uncomfortable, but we did it anyway. The atmosphere during our stay was tense because of the owner's attitude. But the worst part was when we tried to check out. The owner said he'd only give us our deposit back if we wrote a good review on Booking. That's just not fair! It is a real shame because the area is very nice, but the owner turned out to be not very nice to his guests. And you can see from the reviews that this is not the first time such a situation occurs. We tried to complain to Booking but they didn't help us at all. So, please, don't stay at B&B Au Coeur de Villers. The owner is not honest, and it's not worth the trouble. Avoid this place if you can.
