Got their menu, of 21.90 with salat and steak. first I had to wait until all the rest of family finished their meals then when I received it only steak you can’t call it. was a piece of thin meat that you could see through, probably less than 100 gram. Deserts which come with menu were forgotten completely. They brought them only when we were leaving. Never again!!! And sorry forgot to take a picture of the steak.

We stayed during a cycling trip. An excellent stylish Logis hotel as usual. A neat and tidy room with a balcony, excellent professional and helpful staff and srvice, first class restaurant.We loved the location and the peacefulness of the setting. We always get such good quality with Logis and this was no exception from the comfortable bed and attractive decor to the exceptional staff.

Very Disappointed Booked for three nights via ***********. No mention of ongoing building works on there or the hotels own website. On arrival the place looked so much like a building site we weren’t sure it was even open but it is. Uk health and safety regs would. It allow it to be open for residents. Reception advised us the builders don’t work over the weekend and showed us a room and the dining area. If we could have stayed elsewhere we would however the town was pretty much booked up due to a big cycling event. So we checked in. Wires hanging out of the ceilings and no space inside to sit and relax in other than one of the dining areas. Room was very small and smelt damp and of drains- but was otherwise clean and bed was ok. Buffet breakfast was good but we didn’t eat there for dinner so can’t comment on that. Sadly the builders do work weekends and showed up at 7am Saturday with their power tools! Took Sunday off but back at 7am Monday - no chance of a relaxing lie in. The booking also stated there were three Tesla electric car charging points on site. There are none. Receptionist looked for them and eventually we were shown to an outdoor domestic socket. The socket was in the middle of a flowerbed so would not be useable without an extension lead. Luckily we had one and we’re able to charge the car by leaving it plugged in for 2 days. We also travel with a small dog and were charged €14 a night extra. Never been charged that much anywhere before , and bearing in mind the state of the place a bit of a cheek really. No doggie extras were supplied - not that we expect them but wondered if that accounted for the cost. No dog poo bins on site - so the builders skip came in handy for something. I’m sure it’ll be lovely when it’s finished but in the meantime I’d avoid it.

Not the first time at this Hotel and will not be the last time! The Hotel is in the middle of a major refurbishment and it will be great when it's completed. The food is still good and the service is still good. Close enough to be able to walk into La Roche en Ardenne and has some good walking routes close by. We look forward to seeing the finished article!

Très bel hôtel dans une région magnifique. Cependant, les travaux de certaines chambres ne sont pas terminés (murs en mauvais état, fils électriques qui pendent). Hébergée le week-end du 22 août dans la chambre 1, je suis revenue chez moi avec des morsures de punaises de lit :-(
