Hotel in zona Mirador Línea Roja, La Paz

Hotel ben situato ma molto male . Ci sono scale per andare dalla strada alla reception e poi più scale per scendere agli ascensori. Molto ingordo per una persona con valigie pesanti o per disabili. Decorazione passata di moda e vecchia . Questo hotel ha bisogno di una rimodellazione completa . Personale gentile , fanno tutto quello che possono , ma in generale l'hotel è una grande delusione .

Abbiamo prenotato una camera familiare che ci sembrava molto turbata per questo ci siamo trasferiti in una suite pagando la differenza, il giorno 24 dic quando mia figlia si doccia si rompe il vetro della doccia causando diversi tagli nel suo corpo il ricevitore Ci ha aiutati con grande diligenza e in tempo. E 'stato un grande paura e noi presumiamo che tu sia cose ”può succedere” , ma i giorni successivi il personale si occupa di rovinare le vacanze, l'hotel ti dà un'ora per la colazione ma dopo mezz'ora le cose non sono ancora pronte. Ti servono ” pane vecchio ” se avessi cambiato tre giorni, ti dicono ” non c'è frutto ” . Ho chiesto una tavola per una camicia, ti dicono che c'è solo il servizio di tavola in hotel, hanno dovuto tavola due volte perché era businessentable il suo lavoro. Domande alla ricerca posti per conoscere in pace o vicini ti dice solo ” Valle della Luna ” non ti dà altre informazioni, mi sembrava molto poco professionale e mediocre essere in un mezzo turistico che sono chiamati a promuovere il vostro paese. Torniamo all'hotel perché abbiamo altri giorni riservati e non hanno rispettato il cambio di suite a conti che avevamo fatto ”uso sbagliato” della doccia e non li abbiamo restituiti come ci hanno consegnato ... Mi sembrava incredibile sentire quello che ci diceva .... che uso può dare una bambina di 11 anni ...... disastroso. Una persona mi ha detto che da gennaio sono stata l'unica persona che mi lamentava, minuti dopo sono arrivati altri locali che avevano prenotato per quattro volte e seguiva l'hotel senza rispettare l'offerta, Fando un crocefoto,sono stati quelli che mi hanno raccomandato di andare al Ministero del Turismo per presentare una denuncia formale!

We arrived at La Paz airport at 3 am local time so it was a great relief to reach the Hotel Europa about an hour after landing and to be immediately allocated a room. We managed to get up for breakfast around 8 which was a substantial buffet, well organised and managed. The hotel is 5 star by local standards, centrally situated just off the main road through the city and indeed the major road to and from the airport. Very convenient and a short walk in one direction takes you to the main square of the city and the Witches Market and in the opposite direction to Sopocachi with many bars and restaurants. The hotel was relatively quiet and, like many businesses, still recovering from the Covid lockdowns and disruption. So the spa and pool service were not operating and nor was one of the restaurants. The main restaurant, the Bistro, lacked character and atmosphere perhaps but was perfectly adequate and inexpensive. Staff at reception were always helpful and it was possible to change money there or access ATM's across the city. We found it difficult to locate good quality restaurants but could recommend the Pasona Hotel and we found a charming backpacker hotel called HowMe/Selina on Ave 20 Octubre. Very satisfying food and very inexpensive. All in all a very convenient and comfortable location. Visitors should definitely take a ride in the cable car system that surrounds La Paz. Thrilling and with great views.

La prima notte ero in un dormitorio di 4 letti e mi svegliai alle 4 di un guardia di sicurezza, mi hanno tirato fuori dal letto e mi hanno fatto mostrare la chiave e la carta degli ospiti, come apparentemente nel loro sistema la stanza dovrebbe essere vuota. Beh, ero nella stanza giusta e mi sono tolta dal letto senza bisogno, apparentemente il ricevitore mi ha registrato nella stanza 307 e mi ha dato le chiavi della stanza 407. Ero molto sgradevole e dopo di ciò ho avuto un terribile sonno. Mi chiedo perché non potevano aspettare fino a dopo per risolvere la questione. Quindi sono andato alla reception per negoziare una sorta di compensazione per la situazione sgradevole che mi hanno portato via, ho suggerito un colazione complimentare (costo circa U$4.50). Ma hanno risposto che non si importavano della situazione e che potevo lamentarmi ovunque volessi. Selina non è un ostello economico, quindi si aspetta che almeno tu sia curata bene, che non è stato il caso. Prima che questo accada, gli darei facilmente cinque stelle, perché è comodo, sicuro, pulito, ma il modo in cui mi trattavano non era giusto, mi trattavano come se facessi qualcosa di sbagliato, quando in realtà era il loro errore. La seconda notte, la camera privata profumava sigaretta, e io ho anche detto alla ricezione, ma non c'era nulla; c'erano alcuni piatti da un ospite precedente alla porta, e si sono fermati lì fino a che non mi sono accorto. Durante il check-out ho dovuto chiedere il rimborso del deposito chiave 35bs che mi hanno prelevato al check-in, ma hanno detto che non era registrato nel sistema (un altro errore di ”sistema”), quindi ho dovuto insistere che ho pagato, molto incomoda situazione ancora una volta. Selina La Paz sembra dover migliorare la sua gestione, e la situazione nel suo complesso mi farà pensare di rimanere in un'altra Selina due volte.

Questo è certamente uno dei nostri migliori soggiorni mai. Tutto dal momento della prenotazione mesi in anticipo fino al check-out era eccellente. Il loro servizio clienti è un esempio brillante di ciò che dovrebbe essere nell'industria ospite. Per le persone come noi che non sono fluenti in spagnolo, quasi tutto il personale parla inglese, quindi è stato utile. Tutti sono gentili, disposti ad aiutare e a prestare attenzione personale a ogni ospite. Il taxi aeroportuale che hanno prenotato ci aspettavano più di 2 ore per uscire dall'immigrazione, che è stato un tale sollievo alle 3 di mattina. La stanza era molto confortevole per soggiorni di breve e lungo periodo, e ogni piccolo dettaglio era curato. La nostra stanza deve aver avuto una delle migliori viste a La Paz. Non possiamo ringraziarli per il gesto molto gentile che ha fatto sorprendere mio marito con una torta di compleanno al mattino, con i desideri scritti nella nostra lingua nativa. Il capo deve essere un artista per farlo. Molto consiglia questa gemma di un posto.

My wife, son and I spent 17 wonderful days in Bolivia but only had a poor experience at the Casa Grande. We booked a family room so we could all stay in 1 room but when we checked in we were separated and my son was down the hall. He is a young adult so he was not concerned but this was inconvenient since he was down the hall and not next door or in the room we booked. We had several issues with our keys not working during our stay. You need a key to use the elevator and had to go back to the front desk multiple times as the key did not work in elevator and at times for the room door. However more concerning was that we realized after several days that our room door did not lock! Yes the door could be opened without a key. We did not realize this earlier in our stay because we had so many key issues that we did not realize until New Years morning when the key did not work and I just turned the handle and the door opened. When we informed the staff, we were told that the maintenance person was off because of the holiday and offered another room but we were leaving the next night so it was too much to pack to unpack for the night and we dead bolted the door when inside. On top of this our safe did not work. The staff attempted to fix a few times but could not get it to work. We had to go to my son's room down the hall every time to lock up our valuables which is an inconvenience especially if you're trying to enjoy a vacation! But given the door not locking and the safe not working we were more than surprised. Staying in a hotel without a locked door is a major Security issue - crazy. The staff was always helpful and tried to assist. We asked to speak to the owner: Don Carlos but was told he was away. The manager was not on-site New Years Day. But the housekeeper & young man on staff that day were very surprised and understanding of our dilemma to NO fault of their own. When we brought this to the managers attention upon check out the next day: ”Nothing” was mentioned about our issues, except for we are so sorry about your experience. I spend 100 plus nights out a year in Marriott in the US for work and this has never happened, and when issues occur they are prompt to address. We had a wonderful experience at the Marriott Santa Cruz the prior week followed by a wonderful stay at the Camino Real in La Paz. Camino Real in La Paz. We were expecting a much better experience at the 5 star Casa Grande , but disappointed with the outcome especially given we paid more than $250 a night. We stayed at the Casa Grande from 12/27/23 through 1/2/24. Still never heard back from hotel manager regarding our concerns and still waiting for ANY response back. Hotel food is good and staff is friendly and warm and because of this reason only dd not lower to 1 star.

We stayed in Atix on our past trip to Bolivia back in 2017. And it keeps being an excellent place with a high level of service. Absolutely all our requests were fulfilled and fulfilled quickly. The only downside being single glass bathroom windows and no electric heaters in same bathrooms either. Being on 3.000+ meters of altitude night temperatures in La Paz drop down quite a bit. And those bathroom windows are not holding any warmth – on the contrary: sitting on the toilet (excuse the details) it is possible to feel breath of cold air coming-in freely even with windows being closed.

Speculazione che l'hotel è aperto dal proprietario cinese 🇨🇳. La configurazione dei prodotti di consumo giornalieri nella stanza è molto compatibile con il popolo nazionale. Ci sono caldi serbatoi, ci sono un paio di scarpe, la colazione è anche con l'indirizzo, le uova di rosso e le uova di salsa, e le piccole verdure. Puoi non far amare la gente?Hahaha ha lasciato la casa per più di un mese.
