Paradero Todos Santos

Had a great stay during august, even though its humid in august, the design of this place allows wind to flow, and never felt too crowded. The architecture and food is for sure why you come here, truly memorable experience. Its so nice that most of the experiences are included, each day we had an activity and opportunity to learn more of the region. But the highlight was the cooking class with César, we learned so much about origins of types of food to the region, he has a true passion for what he does, and loved the opportunity to learn from him!

Our trip to Paradero was nothing short of incredible. The staff was extremely attentive to our every need even before arrival. They helped curate an authentic itinerary and went the extra mile to make sure we had a romantic stay. Thanks Abraham!

Great wellness and outdoor oriented experiences combined with excellent staff, service and great food and mixology-bar experts. Stars, cactides, lizards and birds will join you in this wonderful place in the world with one of the most biodiverse places on earth.

We had a magical wedding at this venue. With a total buy out of 3 days of our closest friends and family , the staff managed to create one of the most amazing experiences of our life. Whether you’re coming solo, with friends or considering a special event here - you can’t go wrong - luna , the ops director pulled all the logistics together. The food is the best in california sur, the vibe is unparalleled (you can’t fight the relaxation), the expirences are wonderful and the architecture is one of a kind. We love it and will be back

Pros: Good service (especially cesar), not too busy, great pool, good food Cons: everything else. I am struggling to understand where all the 5 star reviews have come from - I can only image they're from influencers whose stay was comped. My main complaint is that it took a full seven months to get a partial refund from Paradero, which they offered me because during my stay, half the resort was absorbed by a photoshoot and I couldn't use the communal areas. We had to follow up about the refund payment 10-20 times, even emailing the owners, and got radio silence for months and months. Eventually they did pay me, but the experience was really unprofessional. Next, safety. The back doors to the bottom floor rooms - which open straight onto a neighbouring field, not part of the hotel - do not have keys. You are expected to leave your doors unlocked at night. I was told this is "part of the concept of the hotel", which was completely ridiculous. Nowhere in the world is "safe enough to leave your doors unlocked", as I was also told. If your "concept" is that your guests get robbed but your hotel looks great from a drone, you've got a problem. Design: there are no curtains or blinds on half the windows. You are woken up with the dawn and expected to shower in full view of the people working in the field next door. Again, this is "part of the concept of the hotel". Like lots of Instagram destinations, Paradero has a nice look, but it looks a lot better online than in person. It's a small plot, miles from the beach, with average views, in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing about the location that's special. If you're going to Todos Santos, stay in a real hotel/ resort- not an Insta/ influencer destination that thinks "style" means making guests unsafe and uncomfortable.

Super cool hotel. The grounds are beautiful, the pool stunning and the area in general so special. The care we received from the first email contact with questions before we booked all the way thru our stay and up until the moment we left was nothing short of perfect. The staff are knowledgeable, efficient and very sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend!
