Great locations very friendly staff nothing too much trouble half board option was excellent really nice food highly recommended

This is the fifth time we have been to this hotel we love the food, the staff, the location & the hotel is very clean the only downside is the bathroom door but this does not bother us too much as everything else is spot on. The staff cant do enough for you they truly look after you

Lovely clean hotel but breakfast was a bit crazy, you’re not allocated where to sit so if you weren’t there early struggled to find somewhere, breakfast was very nice though rooms are a bit dated and the frosted door to the bathroom is a bit of a let down, not very comfortable if you would be staying with friends nearly seeing and hearing everything via the swinging bathroom door 😬

Stayed with Family Oct 24 Hotel in a great location, All Staff friendly, Room comfortable,clean, maid service everyday, Stayed full board and found the food to be very good every sitting (special shout out to Florin great lad who goes the extra yard to be friendly &helpful)

My boyfriend and I booked to stay here as our first holiday abroad together (21 & 22). The hotel itself is situated in a very central location that is close to the nightlife of Benidorm as well as a short walk to the seafront. When booking our holiday, the hotel stated that we would be in a twin room, I emailed the hotel to request a double bed, this was provided, no problem. I had not booked nor paid extra for a room with a pool view but we had one! You could also see the sea through the buildings infront of us (we were facing Cafe Benidorm). Although being amongst the younger generations of the hotel guests, my boyfriend and I still had a lovely time away. The pool was great (Open 10am-8pm) and usually it was just the 2 of us in it. The sunbathing area around the pool was hit by sun for most of the day, making it a great place to lie down and relax. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast which we had included was buffet style, offering many options. Each night the hotel would offer live music in the Dracma Cafe downstairs by the bar/pool area that would attract many of the older guests, but my boyfriend and I enjoyed having a few drinks there before going back to bed after being out for dinner in the evening. Tropicana Cocktails were €14 for 2, which we drank very many of, all week The only downside to the hotel would be the comfort of the beds, which were on the hard side, and the air-con which didn’t work therefore we had to keep the balcony door open all day and sometimes all night, this was fine but at night the noise from close bars and clubs would keep us awake. But I suppose with being so central you must sacrifice some things. The maids were up and about early cleaning, every day, even if we did not want them to clean our room a particular day they would still offer us towels, and even on our last day when we said we were fine for clean towels, the lovely maid still popped some clean ones in for us. On the whole, the Venus hotel was a lovely place to stay, opposite the Helios hotel which also looked very nice, but we noticed that the sun hit the Venus much more. I am just back from a 10 day holiday at The Venus. This is an attractive, very clean building, which includes the bedrooms. This is my second stay at Venus, the food is undoubtedly the best I've come across in Benidorm, with a vast choice to pick from, which I found to be delicious. The walls in the rooms are very thin, which seems to be an issue with most hotels in Benidorm. Unfortunately there is no kettle in the room. There is a fridge and the safe is free of charge. There are plenty of sunbeds and no need for a sunbed race you see in other hotels. The staff in the main and very helpful and friendly. It would be unfair to mention names, but some of them went the extra mile to help, and are a credit to the hotel. The hotel is very central for the busy nightlife and fairly close to the beach. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel.
